I can say this for sure that Working for around a Year with Manvi on my Heath was what I needed. Journey started with getting the right Habits ,knowledge gathering and bursting myths around Protein and Gym. Going Ahead as Diet and workout became regular ,results followed. Manvi has been patient and helped me get the basics right after which the results are easier to get. She deserves full marks for her dedication and efforts to see her clients get to the level of fitness they desire for. I hope a lot more people use her skills as a coach .

I’ve always been someone who juggles a lot and ends up putting my own wellbeing priority last. What’s been different with Manvi is not some overnight transformation, but the consistency she’s helped me build. She has this way of simplifying things with no overwhelm, no unrealistic expectations, just small, doable steps that actually fit into my life. And more importantly, she doesn’t let you disappear. Even on days when I’ve been off track, she’s followed up, checked in, and kept me accountable without making me feel guilty about it. I’m still a work in progress, but I think that’s the biggest shift is I no longer look at fitness as an all-or-nothing thing. It’s about showing up, doing what I can, and moving forward. And a lot of that mindset has come from working with her. Thank you, Manvi.
