Manoranjan is an absolute to work with! I have trained with him for more than 6 months, and he helped me with quantified nutrition, the right balance in the diet and plans for work outs. he incorporates any dietary preferences you might have. I have lost 14 kg working with him, and I'd recommend him to anybody!

i have started my training with Manoranjan Bhai and he has helped me reached my goal of weight reduction and muscle building during my one year assignment. He has been super supportive and understanding. He is always available and ready to help. He ensured that we were on constant discussion on ever minutest of things. I am really very thankful to Manoranjan sir for his guidence .It's been MORE THAN A YEAR of our association and the journey to my fitness goal with him has been amazing best part of which is the ease of going through the fitness journey.All those days of last one and half year and so was really like normal routine the diet plan never troubled the type of exercise and time never ever found it to be stressful.Well overall the way he motivates and explains the basics one finds it to be daily routine .
