I know Manoranjan sir since 2013. I have been on break from my fitness journey because of repeated injuries and health issues from last 3 years. And that’s when I decided to focus on my fitness journey he was the first person on my mind to connect with. Have started my new journey under his mentorship in Nov 24, there were some setback and discontinuity but it was the motivation and guidance from my coach that now I am regular and enjoying every part of it. He is really very helpful and easily approachable. Thanks for your support and looking forward to this fitness journey under your guidance!

Weight Jan 2025: 62kgs Weight May 2025: 55.3 kgs Husband’s weight jan 2025: 79.8kgs Husband’s weight may 2025: 73.4kgs I first tried Fittr about five years ago. Although I did see some results, my inconsistency made it hard to sustain them. Now, after facing several health issues over the years, I decided to restart my fitness journey — this time with my husband. Our first step was to find the right coach and mentor — someone who could understand our needs, food preferences, and limitations. That’s when we found Manoranjan. He’s calm, patient, and truly understanding. Our weekly calls with him have been incredibly helpful, always filled with thoughtful guidance and alternative food and exercise options. Since we had no prior experience with the gym, we made that clear from the beginning. Manoranjan customized our strength training plan entirely around home workouts using basic equipment. With consistent effort, we’ve started to see real progress, especially in building muscle strength. Importantly, he never imposed drastic calorie cuts, which has made our journey both effective and sustainable. We’re feeling positive about continuing on this path, and grateful for the support we’ve received so far.
