Manisha - just wanted to say this from the heart — thank you for bringing such a massive change in my life. You didn’t just help me get fitter, you completely changed the way I look at fitness. It’s no longer a task or something I “have to do”… it’s become something I want to do. Honestly, now it feels weird if I miss my workout — like something’s off in my day. I still can’t believe I’m that person who wakes up at 5:30 a.m. everyday and hits the gym, even after 12-hour work shifts. That’s something I never thought I was capable of doing. I chose to just surrender to your process, trusting that it would pay off — and it did. All I did was listen to you and not overthink… the results just took care of themselves. Manisha has been an amazing support in my journey. I lost 3 kgs (this was after I hit a plateau) and even reduced my cellulite, something I never thought was possible!
