I am so glad that I enrolled with Manisha ji. It’s been such a great journey over the last 3-4 months. For starters, my goal was to build a good relationship with food so that a “DIET” should never feel like a diet, it should be my lifestyle and my second nature because then only I’ll be able to sustain with it in the long run. I was extremely tired of losing and then regaining the weight. Manisha ji completely understood my goal and has kept her approach in a similar way. The way she tackled with the situations of binging and getting off the diet has really really helped me set a perspective and look at food in a different manner. I used to feel so guilty if I ever over-indulged but she kept her patience and explained everything to me conceptually. One of the qualities of a great coach is to focus on making their students self sufficient and not dependent on the coach’s training and that’s exactly what she follows. Her focus is to make her students independent so we can manage these things on our own. I started with 76kgs and ended with 66kgs with absolutely no stress and with lots of peace. Weightloss is just a by product of all the great things she has taught me :) Thank you so much coach ❤️

Sometimes all you need is someone who believes in you, reminds you of what you're capable of, and gently pushes you when you’re about to give up. For me, that person has been Manisha Ma’am. ❤️ When I started this journey at 84 kg, I wasn’t just struggling with weight — I was struggling with consistency, self-confidence, and the belief that I could actually change. But with her guidance, patience, customized plans, and constant motivation, I slowly started choosing discipline over excuses. Meal after meal, workout after workout, day after day… it added up.Today, standing at 77 kg in just 3 months, the biggest transformation isn’t just visible in the mirror — it’s in my mindset, my energy, and my relationship with food and fitness. Thank you, Ma’am, for showing me that progress is possible, for celebrating my small wins, and for reminding me that slow and steady is still progress. 12 weeks active transformation Starting weight- 76.5kg Current weight- 69kg Coach- Manisha Tiwari I began my FITTR journey inspired by the disciple my husband(also coached by Manisha mam) showed towards food and exercise. With the starting weight of 76.5kg- with the added challenge of autoimmune hypothyroidism and freshly postpartum- i was honestly quite skeptical if i could lose weight at all. My only goal at the beginning was quite simple- lose weight on scale. But under the guidance of Manisha Mam, i learned something far more valuable and practical- the difference between only losing numbers on scale and actually gaining health. She created meal plans that respected the needs of my c-section postpartum healing body and supported my exclusively breastfed baby. I have never been a fan of workouts, but Manisha mam made me understand that workout isn’t just about fat loss, it’s about building strength and supporting long-term health. Her constant accountability, encouragement and a simple yet effective workout plan- designed specifically keeping in mind my diastasis recti- made me look forward to workout. I hope to carry this disciple forward. This has been an amazing start to a healthier and stronger life up ahead. All thanks to the amazing mentoring of Manisha mam.
