This is the second time I am connecting with you and these 3 months with you were honestly much more than just a weight loss journey for me. Yes, I lost around 6–7 kgs, but along with that, I gained a completely different mindset towards health, consistency, and life. Before this journey, I used to stress a lot if I couldn’t give my “100%” every single day. If one workout got missed or one day didn’t go perfectly, I would feel guilty and mentally exhausted. But you taught me something very important — perfection is not what matters, consistency does. Some days we can give our best, some days we can barely manage anything, and that’s okay. What matters is not giving up on ourselves. You made me understand that situations are not always in our control, and instead of stressing over one bad day, we should prepare ourselves to do better the next day. This mindset has honestly helped me more than the weight loss itself. I genuinely feel that stress was a much bigger problem in my life than my weight, and because of your guidance, motivation, and the way you handled things so positively, I’ve started becoming much more stress-free and kinder to myself. Thank you for not only being a coach, but for creating such a positive impact on my life. I’ll always be grateful for everything I learned from you during this journey. ❤️
