I started working with Manish 3 months back and I am already 13kg down. I started using his plan in August when my hb1ac was 7.6 and within 3 months it dropped to 5.6! . My weight was 101kg on 1st of August and by the end of October it was 88kg. This was possible because of his diet and workout plans. He keeps me on track week after week and guides you to stay on the plan even when you are traveling. He stays with you throughout the process . Motivates you daily and helps you atay disciplined. I had worked with Manish earlier and gotten great results. This time again we followed the same routine and I was able to lose 10kgs and feel a lot lighter and lean.
