Joining Fittr and training under Coach Manish has been a life-changing experience. In just 12 weeks, I managed to lose 11kgs, all thanks to his expert guidance, customized plans, and continuous motivation. Manish created a workout and nutrition plan that was tailored perfectly to my lifestyle—realistic, sustainable, and effective. My body fat percentage was very high.. although I was working out and eating well still unable to loose weight.. My main goal was to loose fat , gain strength and muscle.. Then i started my fat loss journey with MANISH.. Working with Manish has been one of the best decision that I made. He is an excellent coach…very knowledgeable and practical.. He guide me throughout my journey ..His meal plans are very simple and sustainable.. He designed my diet plan according to the availability of the food.. no fancy stuff. It’s almost three month, I can see visible changes in my body..I already lost 5-6 kilos… my body became linear.. I have stubborn belly fat and I can Finally see changes after longtime.. My strength gone up during my workout session.. As a coach Manish is excellent.. He will guide you in every step.. My goal was to lose fat and inch loss. My major challenge was that, I was working out, eating well - but was not seeing results. I was in fact gaining fat. In first catch up call with the coach, I thought I connected well with him. And his testimonials were also very good!! During the journey, I saw very good inch loss, things became less guess work - I knew exactly what to do, how to eat, etc. Coach guided me a lot whenever I was stuck, and moreover my relationship with food became so good. I get to eat so much and still lose fat!! I loved that. The nutrition guidance was very good. I learnt how to weigh, track calories- things I have learnt for a lifetime now. My relationship with food has become amazing. Best part was communication - It was timely and very helpful. Coach was just a message away. Being very patient, being there and always supporting with encouragement! As expected, I saw good changes in Inch loss, fat loss and increase in strength. I feel amazing. In the best shape of life. Love how thin I am now! Its not only about the progress I achieved but the learning around tracking calories, knowing macros, prioritizing protein, maintaining the fitness routine while travelling, was a 360 degree lifestyle change! My overall experience was amazing and I'll definitely be back soon.

My primary goals were to build a leaner body, develop visible abs, improve stamina and adopt a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I also wanted to gain control over my drinking habits and make fitness a priority. I was unsure if I could stay consistent and disciplined, especially with my previous habit of drinking heavily. I saw Manish's impressive client transformations and appreciated his practical, no-nonsense approach. He seemed committed to each individual’s journey and had a genuine interest in helping people make lasting changes. I saw huge improvements in my discipline, energy levels, and mindset. Most importantly, I drastically reduced my alcohol consumption, which was a big milestone for me. The nutrition guidance was simple, realistic, and easy to follow.
