For a long time, I identified as “skinny fat” and honestly felt stuck. I was consistent with my workouts and followed a clean diet, yet strength gains were almost nonexistent. I managed to lose some fat on my own, but my body didn’t feel stronger or more capable. That’s when it became clear that effort alone wasn’t the problem, direction was. Deciding to get coached by Maniesha has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. Within just a few weeks, I started noticing definition and a more sculpted look, something I had never experienced before, even after months of training on my own. Maniesha is not just knowledgeable but also adopts a very practical approach to health and fitness. What I really liked about her is that she focuses on overall well- being in addition to the physical aspect. As a 44 year-old, peri-menopausal woman, I was struggling with a lot of underlying issues like water retention, irregular periods, mood swings and lack of energy to the point of not being able to function. Maniesha introduced me to the concept of seed cycling and that was a game changer for me! I've been diligently following it and have noticed a lot of improvement in the areas I mentioned above. The workout she's planned is simple and easy to follow. She knows her stuff well! My questions have always been logically responded to and what I like the most is the fact that she knows one solution won't fit all. So, the flexibility with which solutions offered work for me! I'm still work in progress and I'm sure I'll achieve my goals soon with Maniesha's help! I really admire the patience with which she deals with people! Kudos to thar!
