It has been an amazing journey with mananjit. Worked with him for almost 7 months and i lost 12 kgs. Initially, I was feeling overweight, unhealthy and was pasing through many obstacles in life. I tried high protein diet during corona period which worked for me for short term but i was not able to maintain the diet. Mananjit gave me the right strengthening and conditioning routine with a calorie deficit diet which was pretty much easy to follow and sustain under my lifestyle. He also gave me additional workout plan as as when i travel. The diet plan worked out well and i slowly realized that fat can be reduced in kitchen and not in gym. Overall, i would definitely recommend mananjit if you are looking for a lifestyle change. #fittrwithmananjit.
