I’ve been training with Mr. manan for the past Two and half months,and I can confidently say He has been a game-changer in my weight loss journey. When I first started, I was struggling with motivation and had no clear workout or nutrition plan. Manan took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and lifestyle before creating a personalized fitness plan that was both effective and realistic. His sessions are challenging but always encouraging. He push me just enough without making me feel overwhelmed, and they celebrate every bit of progress I make. What really stands out is their deep knowledge of fitness and nutrition—they don’t just tell you what to do; He explain why it works, which helps a lot with motivation. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve lost 5kg so far, gained strength, improved my energy levels, and most importantly, built sustainable habits. I’m truly grateful for his support, professionalism, and positivity throughout this journey. Highly recommend Manan to anyone serious about losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way🤝🤝

पिछले 12 हफ़्तों से मैं और मेरे हज़बैंड Manan Sir से ट्रेनिंग ले रहे हैं, और ये सफर अब तक बहुत ही अच्छा रहा है। मैं 11 साल के बेटे और 2 साल की बेटी की माँ हूँ। मेरी दूसरी प्रेग्नेंसी के बाद मेरा वजन काफ़ी बढ़ गया था। शुरुआत में मुझे थोड़ा डर लग रहा था कि मैं कर पाऊँगी या नहीं। लेकिन Manan Sir की अच्छी और friendly nature की वजह से मुझे आराम और हिम्मत मिली। एक माँ के लिए कई बार एक्सरसाइज और डाइट करना आसान नहीं होता, लेकिन Manan Sir ने मुझे अलग-अलग आसान तरीके बताए जिससे मैं अपना ध्यान रख सकूँ और अपने लक्ष्य (goal) की तरफ बढ़ती रहूँ। मैं बहुत खुश हूँ कि मुझे Manan Sir जैसे कोच मिले। मैं साइंस की स्टूडेंट नहीं रही हूँ, फिर भी वो हर चीज़ को इतना आसान बनाकर समझाते हैं कि मुझे समझ में आता है कि क्या सही है और क्या नहीं करना चाहिए। उन्होंने हमें ऐसी डाइट दी जो मेरे और मेरे पति – दोनों के लिए एक जैसी थी। इससे मेरे लिए खाना बनाना आसान हो गया। मैं ज़्यादा थकी हुई भी नहीं महसूस करती थी और बच्चों का ध्यान भी अच्छे से रख पाती थी। और सबसे अच्छा पल तब आया जब 8 दिन पहले मैंने अपने पुराने कपड़े निकाले जो बहुत टाइट हो गए थे। जब मैंने पहनकर देखा तो वो आराम से फिट हो गए। उस दिन मुझे बहुत खुशी हुई और मेरा आत्मविश्वास (confidence) बहुत बढ़ गया। Manan Sir का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद कि उन्होंने हमारी हेल्थ जर्नी को आसान और अच्छा बनाया। अब आगे भी इसी तरह जुड़कर और आगे बढ़ने की इच्छा है।

It’s been an incredible 12-week journey with Coach Manan Dua, and I can confidently say that the experience has been nothing short of transformational. From day one, Manan sir has demonstrated deep expertise not just in fitness training, but also in nutrition. What sets him apart is his ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a way that’s easy to understand and apply in real life. His knowledge, combined with his calm and supportive nature, makes him an exceptional coach and a genuinely great person to work with. One of the things I appreciate most is his flexibility with time — he always adjusts according to my schedule, ensuring that nothing comes in the way of progress. Each weekly call with him feels like a dose of motivation and clarity. I always look forward to it because I know I’ll walk away with practical insights on staying consistent with my goals, even during challenging situations. Thanks to Manan sir guidance, my energy levels have improved significantly, my belly fat has reduced, my skin tone looks better, and my overall body composition is clearly improving. Its been 2 months i have started my fitness journey under Manan's mentorship. He is a great mentor, understands the problem very well ,be it mental or physical health. He is a great observant and remembers every detail. Responds quickly. I always had a fear of being consistent with diet but his guidance and plans made me realize we can achieve our fitness goals without having any strict diet or starving. Its easy now and really enjoyable to follow the training and diet plans. All thanks to Manan. You are an inspiration and i am learning a lot from you.
