It’s been few weeks since I started my yoga classes with Madhuri , I felt really relaxed . Her knowledge of asanas and Pilates are extremely good . I will definitely recommend Madhuri to anyone who is looking for good relaxing yoga and Pilates sessions. Also she has good knowledge of nutrition also . Madhuri is a exceptional human being and a master trainer. With her I really enjoy my workouts and especially her floor Pilates strengthens your body. She listens to your o concerns and customizes the workouts accordingly . I look forward to this journey with her!
I highly recommend Madhuri as a yoga instructor! Her classes are challenging yet accessible, and I've seen a significant improvement in my flexibility and strength since I started attending. I am getting trained under Madhuri for 2 weeks now. I have been suffering with lower back pain for last 3 years post pregnancy and after my first class with madhuri my lower back pain has reduced immensely and I was able to sleep well without any pain within 2 weeks of training I had inch loss. madhuri is very patient in understanding my situation and planning the training accordingly. I have seen a huge improvement in my lower back pain and overall flexibility and strength within a span of 2 weeks and I highly recommend her to everyone. her pilates and yoga workouts look very easy but they are very effective. I also received compliments that I am looking much younger in just 2 weeks of training. highly recommend her for Yoga and Pilates. I also renewed my membership with her and would continue with her until I reach my fitness goals. thank you so much madhuri once again.
