I have been training with Madhuri for the past four months, and it has been an incredible journey. She is truly a great coach. One of the things I love most about her classes is the variety—no two sessions are ever the same. Every class feels exciting and new, and I always look forward to seeing what we’ll be doing in the next session. Madhuri trains us with a deep understanding of our body types and daily routines. She focuses not just on physical fitness but also on mental well-being. I really appreciate how she keeps the human element alive in her approach rather than following a rigid, textbook style. I have PCOS and have tried different diets and gym routines in the past, but the weight would always come back once I stopped. Madhuri’s training feels much more natural and sustainable. Her techniques also include elements of pranayama and yoga, which help create a balanced approach to fitness. Over the past few months, I’ve already lost a couple of inches, and more importantly, I feel healthier and more in tune with my body.
In day to day, juggling work, family, and life, Madhuri’s online Pilates strength training has been my absolute lifesaver! The variety in her workouts keeps things fresh , one day it’s yoga poses for flexibility, the next precise Pilates for that deep core burn, and then strength training that leave me feeling powerful without the burnout. The results speak for themselves: I’ve dropped inches around my waist, gained noticeable muscle tone in my legsand my energy levels are through the roof. I've been training with Madhuri Ma’m for over a month now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I’ve joined back Fittr after almost over 2 years due to postpartum recovery and I found her quite knowledgeable and she keeps the training interesting by incorporating different types of workouts for each day. She takes the time to understand my individual goals and tailors each workout specifically per my range of motion and fitness. The sessions are enjoyable and I appreciate her technique. What sets her apart is being very supportive as I have a 1.5 yo baby and I sometimes do skip workouts due to lack of sleep or other challenges but she understands my situation and acknowledges it . Overall she has been a great coach and I can’t recommend her enough as she is very sincere and deeply cares about her clients.
Madhuri mam is highly knowledgeable,well talented in accessing all kinds of health issues and a very caring person with a good heart that listens to you.She is an amazing teacher as she explains all the workouts of yoga pilates strength and conditioning rehab.She is a multi talented personality with a high level of confidence boosting vibe. I have cervical and lumbar spondilytis for past 10 years and starting stage of arthritis in one knee and shoulder joint.I have urticaria ulcers fatigue and many health issues and I am 1.5 year postpartum mom with diastis recti and stubborn fat due to pregnancy. It's been a month and I have lost lots of inches in various parts with her targeted safe workouts and have lost 2-3 kgs even though I just chose 3 days per week classes.If anyone has any kind of health issues like me or more MADHURI will be your guide. a best choice you have chosen to renew and restart your path to a strong and healthy life. I have joined many gyms and many trainers and had to stop due to improper workout guidance which caused relapse of my neck and back pain with a spasm and imbalance of workout methods without any rest which caused me fatigue and tired after the workout as my schedules are very busy.Now I am really amazed as after every workout session with Madhuri mam I feel like my body has been pumped with energy of positivity and strength.I feel sessions with her has not only improved my body shape but also my mental health and made me very positive and happy to play with my children energetically. Her knowledge of each and every body part of muscles and bones makes her really special as she uses it to access any of my health condition or target any part that I want to reduce.All trainers can put out a workout plan but only a knowledgeable trainer can train you with the best plan.I have renewed my plan for 3 more months. I recommend Madhuri mam as her sessions are always fun, calm ,safe and focused.I truly believe that she would go more heights.
