I’ve been training with Madhuri for a couple of months now, and the experience has been excellent. She’s highly knowledgeable in yoga, Pilates, and strength training, which translates into well-structured and effective workouts. Each session is different, keeping things engaging and far from monotonous. What sets her apart is her effort to educate during the sessions—helping me understand the purpose behind each movement and its impact. She’s always enthusiastic, punctual, and regularly follows up to keep me motivated. In just a short time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my daily activities. I feel stronger, my balance has improved, and I’m much more flexible. I’m excited to continue this journey with her and look forward to the continued progress.
I have been training with Madhuri for a month and continuing with my sessions with her. She is incredibly supportive and makes each session enjoyable. She takes time to understand my requirements along with being cautious about any health concerns. She is the also a perfect match for anyone who would like to start as a beginner and work your way up. She makes the whole process bite size and makes me accountable for what I do , without making me feel guilty about what I did not do. Her approach is wholistic with yoga, pilates, strength training etc. I am happy to be training with Madhuri and will recommend her to anyone who would prefer a dedicated and understanding coach.
Madhuri is an incredible yoga and Pilates instructor! Her sessions are always fresh and engaging with a great variety of poses that keep things interesting. She pays attention to the whole body, ensuring a balanced workout every time. Her positive attitude and energy make the class feel welcoming and fun—it's something I genuinely look forward to each week. Highly recommend her classes! She also always tries to understand your goals and recommends what's good for your body. She is an amazing health coach.
