hey all im a doctor by profession i chose her because i just want to reduce my cortisol levels due to my professional stress..ahh wer can i start..she is professional,humble person. usually i get bored i have a habit of not sticking to one routine but with madhuri the magic happened its been almost 4 weeks im with her and i hav missed 2 classes i guess that too i was travelling thats y..she guides both physically and spiritually..her patience definitely comendable..she is so dedicated. its too early to comment on any major transformation but few things i noticed i wanna share.. got rid of my low back pain, not feeling lethargic or tired , sleeping better feeling fresh most of the day..able to concentrate better that mental clouding borderline depression all taken care of .. hats off to u madhuri for your support in all ways.. i highly recommend madhuri to anyone without even thinking twice u can blindly trust her and go ahead with your fitness journey 😃
I enrolled for a month with Madhuri in November. She is a thorough professional and an expert in what she does. I had gained a lot of weight in the last few years, hence was very scared to start working out. I did not want to start any intense cardio, so signed up for Strength & conditioning with Madhuri. I initially assumed that it will be just with weights, but Madhuri put me through an unbelievable variety of exercises. I was never once bored to say the least. She designed the workout to be doable, yet challenging and she kept pushing me just the right amount week after week. I have lost a few inches, but what amazed me is the strength I have gained. I walk without pain in my legs and knees. My clothes fit much better. This is the first time in the last 5-6 years where I was able to stick to a workout regime consistently without looking for an excuse to quit or doing it just for the sake of it. Not only have I finally found a trainer, who helped me workout consistently for the last 5 weeks, but also kept it interesting. I have now signed up with Madhuri for the next six months and look forward to her training sessions.
I worked out with Madhuri for a month and it was an enjoyable experience. I appreciate the way she guides you both on the physical and spiritual level. And her different and changing exercises everyday keep the class interesting. She creates a great training environment and her knowledge about yoga is impressive. I highly recommend Madhuri to anyone on a fitness journey.
