Vijay is a good trainer. He reaches out to us for regular updates and monitors our progress on a weekly basis. He also updates our diet plan based on our progress and our need as well. I really appreciate all the help he has done over the period of 6 months that helped me improve my fitness and stamina.
vijay was an amazing trainer, so friendly & professional. I have lost 5.3 kgs in 12 weeks . He always encourages & motivate to move forward. I have a sciatica , it's very hard to do a workout, but he always supported me. some weeks, my weight was stable, I lost my inches tremendously. He is a very positive person.
