I have done my Masters (PG) in Life Sciences, Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education and Expert Certification from Institute Of Nutrition and Fitness Science. I have also learnt yoga from Shivananda Yogashram (Chennai) and BK Iyengar yoga.
I am a mother of two kids and transformed myself twice from 75 Kg to 52 Kg after both of my pregnancies, diagnosed with Hypothyroid also but it improved a lot with proper workout and nutrition (refer my articles on Hypothyroid & PCOD in my Facebook timeline).
