Laxmi is excellent and very well trained and knowledgeable. She is very supportive and understanding. she understood my body type and gave me a lot of changes to tweak diet and exercises to get the best out of me and not stick to a static approach. she also shares her personal experiences which makes the journey very relatable.one thing I learnt was that this is a continued journey. I enrolled with Laxmi to increase my strength and I do feel so much stronger and in better shape in 3 months. I have been able to gain muscle mass under her guidance.
I am very grateful to my coach Laxmi shukla pandey for helping me lose 12 kgs in 12 wks and winning my Kikufit challenge. she understood my need and gave me simple home cooked meals and simple home workout . she made me understand the importance of consistency. This is just the beginning I have enrolled with her for 24 wks again . looking forward to learning more from her
