Lavesh is a very good coach. He formulated a very realistic approach for exercise and diet plan. He will draw a nutrition plan which is sustainable in long run . You are not starving but getting to eat a lot of food which is high in nutrition and liw in calories. Best part is that he asks you to post daily update which keeps you motivated. At the same time, he doesn't make you feel pressurized on the days on which you are not able to do workout or follow diet plan due to some health issues or commitments. Thanks Lavesh Sir.
Lavesh has been great! he celebrates the wins but keeps you grounded that it's just the beginning! He's quick to explain the why behind the nutrition and fitness plan which also builds a greater understanding! He sets the plan to fit your schedule and lifestyle but ensures you stay within the guardrails and that's been working brilliantly for my husband and I!
