I’ve had the privilege of training under Kushal for the past 3.5 years, and the transformation I’ve experienced—both physically and in my overall mindset—has been nothing short of life-changing. When I started, I weighed 84 kg and had little structure or understanding of fitness. Kushal has been my coach for around 9 months, and the progress I have made in my fitness journey has been tremendous. Kushal is extremely knowledgable and very supportive. His coaching skills include an excellent blend of science and practical applicability. He not just took note of my personal life style, but suggested alternative for everything and he contributed to a change in my mindset as well as Lifetsyle.
