Kushal sir has been very kind and generous to me, In my life first time diet felt like cake walk 😅. And the exercises were very simple and it also helped in my back issue. To be fair, he deserves more than 5 stars but the app didn't allow me. I suggest all the fellas there to join him and complete their fitness goals. 🙏😇

Kushal has been a great motivator/guide in my fitness journey. Achieving goals didn’t seem that hard with his diet plan and workout plan being flexible to match my everyday routine. He would also constantly motivate me to get there.

Big shoutout to my trainer Kushal for completely changing the way I look at fitness and health! 💪 When I started training with him, my goal was just to get in shape — but he helped me build a healthy lifestyle as well. His workouts are always fun, challenging, and never repetitive. More than that, he constantly motivates me to stay consistent, eat better, and focus on overall well-being rather than just numbers on a scale. For more than a year-and-a-half I tried, unsuccessfully, to lose weight on my own. In December 2024, while traveling, I suffered a severe back spasm that left me unable to sit or stand comfortably. That was the turning point: I knew I needed guidance. A friend recommended Coach Kushal, and I’m very glad I followed that advice. I initially signed up for a 12-week program but ended up extending it twice because of the progress I was seeing. I went from 86 kg to 72 kg—a 14 kg loss—but the bigger change is that I feel fitter, healthier, and more active than ever. Kushal tailored both my diet and exercise plan to my needs, including addressing my back issues and my food preferences. Kushal consistently adjusted my plan based on the occasion — travel, eating out, festivals— so I could stay on track without feeling restricted. I never had hunger pangs or the urge to “cheat" my diet. He focused on building a foundation and sustainable habits so that I can continue to stay healthy and fit after the program.
