I have completed 12 weeks subscription…..A big thanks to Kushal, I’ve lost almost 10kg over the past few months — mostly fat (around 75% fat, 25% muscle), which seems like is part of the journey……..What really changed for me under your guidance is the mindset — not stressing over every bite, but learning portion control, not starving, and just trusting that hitting my workout goals will balance it all out…….Also, my BP used to be borderline high, and now it’s completely normal! Same with my heart rate 💪 So grateful for your support — still a way to go, but it feels totally doable with your support.

I’ve had the privilege of training under Kushal for the past 3.5 years, and the transformation I’ve experienced—both physically and in my overall mindset—has been nothing short of life-changing. When I started, I weighed 84 kg and had little structure or understanding of fitness.
