Kushal, really helped me lose weight and create a disciplined mindset. He’s genuinely great at what he does and explained everything with so much patience. There was never any rush. Even during ups and downs, he never made me feel like I was slow. He always reminded me, “This week you maintained your weight — no gain, no loss — and that’s still progress. Keep the same mindset and you’ll grow.” And that’s exactly what happened. Some weeks the scale didn’t move, but the next week—bang—it hit the target. I also managed to hit 13k steps for almost 15–20 days straight while doing MMA, strength training, and cricket. Honestly, I still feel proud that I pulled that off. There were low phases too, especially when I got injured. That’s usually the time people fall off track, but because he was there, I didn’t. In fact, I feel injury periods are when support matters the most, and hats off to Kushal for being there throughout. I handled it surprisingly well, thanks to him.
Kushal has been an amazing coach. this is the first time I was trying quantified nutrition along with proper strength training. The way diet and workouts progressed is very accommodating and you can see a lot of difference every month if not week. I have been getting coaching from Kushal for last 9 months and the difference in terms of my energy levels is phenomenal. I understood the science of fitness and nutrition to some extent thanks to the long discussions we had every week. I've had to pause the plan due to personal commitments, but I look forward to train with Kushal again. You've been amazing and very helpful Kushal
Kushal sir has been very kind and generous to me, In my life first time diet felt like cake walk 😅. And the exercises were very simple and it also helped in my back issue. To be fair, he deserves more than 5 stars but the app didn't allow me. I suggest all the fellas there to join him and complete their fitness goals. 🙏😇
Kushal has been a great motivator/guide in my fitness journey. Achieving goals didn’t seem that hard with his diet plan and workout plan being flexible to match my everyday routine. He would also constantly motivate me to get there.
