Kushal had been a great coach. I liked the style of mentoring the most. He motivated me to continue on my journey along with providing important information regarding nutrition and training. Update: I had another 12 weeks of transformation journey under the guidance of Kushal. I had couple of concerns regarding my weight and other parameters. Kushal had helped and motivated me immensely for the last 12 weeks. As a result I noticed considerable change in my weight as well as other health parameters. I plan to continue my transformation under his guidance and achieve the best version of myself in coming months.
I have completed 24 week of my training in fittr and a big thanks to coach Kushal who has made things easier and possible for me with his guidance, support and mentoring. Be it diet or exercise, all the plans were personalised as per my requirement. Like all others I had my lows during the journey when my coach made feel that its ok to feel so and that boosts ur confidence to jump again. When I joined, my prime motive was to reduce weight but after the journey that was the last benefit that I could realize. I had better idea of what is means to eat 'RIGHT' and developed eating the most nutritious food which benefitted the whole family. I feel more fit and have improved stamina. I am now spending more time with my kids taking them out for walk after dinner and doing few common exercises. I feel blessed to understand my body and its requirement better and act accordingly. Training with Kushal has been a game-changer for me.
