Mr. Kumar is a life changer of my fitness journey. He is the one who taught me to set the goals first and then take action. I have learned from him that actions without goals or targets are useless and not consistent. this applies not only to fitness but to your professional goals, financial goals and others. he has helped me through the journey of being lazy to the most active personality.
