Kritika is knowledgeable and understanding. Apart from diet she also designed an effective workout plan for me. I have lost some inches under her guidance and even extended my program with her. I definitely recommend her as a partner for weight loss journey.

I would like to thank Kritika, she has been very supportive throughout my journey. With a tight schedule and long hours of work, it gets very difficult to be consistent with meals and workout sessions. Food plays a major role in loosing weight and inches,workout has been very minimal from my side due to my work schedule,having said this, i try to workout 2-3 times 3 a week, stick to a very firm diet and walk. She is one of the great mentor and supportive couch. Thank you once again Kritika.

I’m so thankful to Kritika for her guidance and support during my weight loss journey. I lost around 3.5 kg during my first 2 months of the plan. She created a custom diet plan that fit my preferences and made sure it was easy to stick to. Whenever, I asked for adjustments, she made sure to incorporate those changes.
