My journey on FITTR has been truly transformative. The inch loss is great, but the biggest change is how I feel more toned, stronger, and confident in my own skin. As a homemaker, starting with home workouts was completely new to me. Initially, I had my doubts, but with consistency and proper guidance, I gradually progressed to lifting heavier weights and building real strength. Today, I feel stronger than ever, both physically and mentally. As a former throwball player, regaining my college days stamina and energy feels incredible. I can finally enjoy being active again and doing what I once loved so much. This journey has taught me what to eat, how much to eat, and why strength training is non-negotiable. An added bonus, my hair fall has reduced significantly after improving my routine and nutrition. What makes this even more special is that these changes didn’t just help me, they positively influenced my entire family. We now make better food choices together and follow a healthier lifestyle. Huge thanks to my coach Kavitha for the constant guidance, support, and motivation. Grateful for this lifestyle change. 💪✨

As a working mother, balancing work (hectic Bank job), home, joint family with in-laws , and self-care felt almost impossible. Initial couple of months i was working out at home later joined gym hesitantly, I was also completely new to the gym—no confidence, no idea where to start, and plenty of self-doubt. But my coach made everything feel achievable from day one. From no where in workout before now I could plank for minutes and could dead lift 20 kg. My self -confidence has boosted a lot and I extremely overwhelmed .. What I appreciated most was the personalized guidance, constant motivation, and realistic approach. The workouts were tailored to my level, the nutrition was practical (not extreme), and there was always encouragement on days when motivation was low. This wasn’t just about weight loss, it was about building confidence, strength, lifestyle and a healthier mindset.
