Kavita has been an excellent coach throughout my fitness journey. Her diet and workout plans are practical, sustainable, and easy to follow, making it much easier to stay consistent. Kavita you have been an amazing diet coach. Plans were super super well designed it became part of my life. Over 12 weeks I lost about 2.5 kg and 9 percent fat and I am glad with positive changes hormonally and energy wise. All the plans I did before were non sustainable including FITTR previously but this was only plan I loved to the core as I could cook same with my family and did not had to change anything massive.
