Kavitha has been coaching me for about 6 weeks now and the one thing that stand out is her empathy ! A coach with empathy is the best combination . Sheβs always guiding , nudging gently , resetting your path by logically explaining everything your body is going through . She is always ready to provide many options to make things easier and help you be consistent .
