Weightloss, inch loss, good skin, freedom from hairfall, increased energy levels, good mood :)....What else a girl wants For all this achievements I want to thank my coach Kavita for her guidance and support in helping me to bring my weight down and making me look fit and strong. She is a great coach. She helped me to stay motivated and focused on my fitness journey. She understood my demand really well and helped me accordingly. Her expertise and knowledge of fitness have been invaluable, I feel much healthier and happier as a result of her guidance. She gives ample time over the calls and listen to you and explain s things patiently. Pretty soon, I am going to be getting a whole new wardrobe to celebrate the new me! The best part is I am eating really good food in awesome quantity. I defenitely recommend Kavita as a coach. Go with her without even a second thought.
I joined Fittr 3 months back and chosed Kavita mam as my mentor for weight gain.I must tell she has been a phenomenal coach and has a never give up attitude.Even in times when I could not give my 100% she was the one who kept going.She used to come up with alternatives and keep suggesting the best possible outcomes..she is more like a friend n family and we make a great team. I am still in the process and confident of acheiving my goal.
i have kavita's no in my common friend list and when i thought about weight reducing i atonce called her .She told me everything it and suggested me to join fitter .I was so sure tht under her guidance it all will b possible. she chequed all my routine and meal and gave me right meal plans with proper execing schedules.Everything was going well ,Intially i saw changes lik inches lost bt due to my sciatica problem i was not able to loose weight bt kavita has been there all the tym with me .She is super in her work .She is a grt mentor. I just have to say thanku kavita for always understanding me .I haven't reduce my weight bt she has changed my habits lik i was drinking less water ,not taking protein in my diet ,not sleeping properly .I changed tht and saw the results in my body lik now it helped me in reducing my hair fall and drinking 3 lt water is in my routine now .I haven't loose the hope will surely join u as soon as possible.Thanku u again for all ur guidance and support .
I would like to start by thanking Kavita.... I joined her bcoz my wife is under her and seeing her change i joined fittr under Kavita. It has been a amazing mid way transformation, she is a great coach, understands my lifestyle pretty well and give the diet and exercises accordingly. I lost 9 kgs and many inches, I was XL now in few days i will move to M I can quantify my food and but bcoz of my work timings not able to go gym however, trying to do home workout . Thank you so much for bringing me here where i m right now a more fittr and healthy person
