I had an amazing experience with the coach Kavita Arora Dhiman. I took a 12 week transformation plan but not only lost weight but learned a way of living. From the beginning, our relationship was very supportive and motivating, she kept me accountable while also being understanding of my routine. Over the 12 weeks, I went from 126 lbs to 119 lbs, and for someone who had never worked out or followed a diet before, I can now genuinely feel stronger and more confident. One of the biggest changes has been my daily routine where I learned how to track my meals, measure portions, and even started tracking my daily steps, which helped me stay more active and consistent. I also cut down on junk food, sugar, and fried items, building healthier habits along the way. This journey has taught me discipline, how to manage food and exercise even with a hectic schedule, and the importance of accountability. Overall, it has been a life-changing start for me, I just needed that initial push, which I got from her, and now I feel ready to continue this healthy lifestyle on my own. Going thru perimenopause & menopause was a struggle for me... a lot things were happening to my once "happy body".. With guidance & support from Kavita, losing weight, strength training & becoming fit were all possible.
