I have never been below obesity level 1 throughout my life. Tried several ways to reduce weight (including crash diets) but always bounced back after reducing little weight. This time something different happened. Upon enrolling with Fittr, support team suggested me to enroll with #KavitaDhiman and here I am today, completely transformed person. I think one dialogue can describe my 7 months journey very well and i got to hear this from my friends: "how come you have become so young all of a sudden? Which herbs/medicines have you taken?" And my answer comprised of 2 words" "Kavita" and "Fittr". Kavita helped me to learn manage my routine eating habits, even when I was travelling. Today I relish my favorite dishes and that too without any guilt. She helped me to understand importance of strength training and always motivated me to be disciplined and follow schedule even when i don’t feel like doing it.

I had an amazing experience with the coach Kavita Arora Dhiman. I took a 12 week transformation plan but not only lost weight but learned a way of living. She taught me that diet is just an everyday meal that we eat and nothing fancy that you have to starve to loose weight she made my diet so sustainable.Not only I lost inches but my strength and stamina has increased tremendously. She is approachable and we can contact her anytime. weekly updates are also on time I just finished my 12 week plan and soon will renew it, that shows how much I trust her. #transformationpost Coach: Kavita Arora Dhiman Weight Loss: 126 lbs to 119 lbs Duration: 12 weeks I had an amazing experience working with Kavita on my body recomposition goal. From the beginning, our relationship was very supportive and motivating, she kept me accountable while also being understanding of my routine. Over the 12 weeks, I went from 126 lbs to 119 lbs, and for someone who had never worked out or followed a diet before, I can now genuinely feel stronger and more confident. One of the biggest changes has been my daily routine where I learned how to track my meals, measure portions, and even started tracking my daily steps, which helped me stay more active and consistent. I also cut down on junk food, sugar, and fried items, building healthier habits along the way. This journey has taught me discipline, how to manage food and exercise even with a hectic schedule, and the importance of accountability. Overall, it has been a life-changing start for me, I just needed that initial push, which I got from her, and now I feel ready to continue this healthy lifestyle on my own.
