I’ve been with Kavitha for almost 1.5 years and what I like the most about Kavitha is her in-depth insights about the whole idea of weight loss. She doesn’t just go by the text books but is able to have a very holistic outlook on many aspects of this journey. Shes also very calm, collected and patient in answering all my questions. I find Kavitha to also be highly emphatic which I think s important for someone with a pretty high strung fast-paced life as mine. Ive learned so much from Kavitha over the past 1.5 years and really experienced a shift in mindset on this entire journey of weight loss and fitness. Under Kavitha’s guidance Ive managed to shed around 11kg and experienced and still experiencing wonderful body recomp. This transformation truly feels like a rebirth and it has helped me regain my confidence and aelf-esteem. Thank you Kavitha and let’s continue working together.

I want to thank my coach, Ms. Kavita for assisting me on my journey of transformation. I am in the perimenopausal stage, and I thought I could not lose weight in this stage, but I can't believe the change occurred in me after joining her. I gained lots of confidence and feeling too happy. I am extremely grateful to her for leading me in the right direction with an appropriate diet, exercise, and especially the encouragement I receive from her. Every single word she says fills me with immense motivation and confidence. It motivates me to work harder to lose weight and be more active in my daily activities. It felt like a miracle for me to shed 10.5 kg in 5 months under her guidance. I didn't just lose weight, I also gained a tremendous amount of confidence in myself. Ms. Kavita had a lot of patience to listen to my problems and had solutions for all my queries. she is very nice, loving,caring, and very motivating . I enrolled under Kavita didi after 8 months postpartum because I had gained 20+ kgs during pregnancy due to improper lifestyle. Being her mentee was the best investment ever. By consistently following provided diet and workout plan my backache considerably reversed, mood swings gradually stopped and I started feeling like my old self again. I was so sure that curing DR is impossible but even managed to recover it from 4 to 1.5 finger gap. I have not only lost 20 kgs but also gained my confidence back. I am now even lighter than pre pregnancy weight. This was impossible without Kavita didi. Thanks to her immense support and guidance that I learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. She has taught me that consistency rather than perfection is the key to healthy lifestyle. It was not easy, there were many hurdles on the way- sleepless nights, sick child and injuries to name a few but my coach stood by my side like a rock. She is a very patient listener and gives perfect solutions to all the questions be it related to exercises, postures, recipes or even mental health.
