I am grateful to have been mentored by Kavita ma'am since it has changed my attitude towards fitness and health in general. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy and post partum I started developing knee and joint pains due to the excess load. I decided to change myself for the better and met Kavita ma'am. she designed a plan to accommodate good health practices in the tough time that's motherhood and made sure my supply did not drop. she assigned me wholesome and filling meals with home workouts and it surprised me to see the inches and kilos drop. as the going got tough she followed up regularly and made me regain focus of our goal. she is understanding and empathetic of the mentees day to day struggles and has thorough knowledge of her field. I would recommend Kavita ma'am to anyone who is committed to making their life better with respect to health and fitness. thank you ma'am!

I want to express my deepest gratitude to my coach Kavita Arora Dhiman for her immense guidance and support throughout my journey in weight loss It was in Feb 2024 I was scrolling through facebook and I saw transformation post of one of the client of Kavita di and I realised that I should do something about my health too. I am gynecologist by profession and with busy life and deprived of sleep mostly I didn't paid attention to my body and I gained lots of weight. I was suffering from backache, hypothyroidism, anal fissure, constipation, lethargy. So I called Kavita di and started my journey under her guidance earliest. It was very tough for me to follow 100%. I got home workout videos from her. It was not possible for me to complete 10k steps in whole day due to busy duty hours, so kavita di shared me Lesley walking videos and I use to do that atleast 4 times in a week. Being spiritual I use to do fast most of the time, so kavita di prepared a diet chart for my fasting days also. Quantified Diet was tough to follow in joint family but I managed it for my health sake. You have to do different to get different results. I used to get cravings for junk food but that got reduced over time with proper diet schedule. In between I took break from my fitness journey because of my exams but during that time I stick to diet. And the best thing was i was able to maintain it. Learning the maintenance is also the part of diet. Today I see fitter version of mine Although I have to do more. Today I am more active, energetic, fit, without backache, with controlled thyroid levels and free from constipation and fissure. I thank kavita di from bottom of my heart for believing in me and understanding my life and helping me get fit.

Difficult to find words to express my gratitude for Kavita. Finding her on FITTR was a life-changing moment. I told her upfront, “I’m happy with my body, but I want to be fit. I don’t care about weight loss, but I do want to feel energized and cut my 40th birthday cake (in 18 months) in my fittest body.” Following her plan, I started seeing results within weeks—results I never imagined possible. Kavita is patient, calm, and totally gets me. Despite my busy schedule, constant travel, and love for parties, she showed me that my lifestyle isn’t the problem. She taught me the magic of a calorie deficit and how to navigate restaurant menus and parties without overloading on extra calories. Kavita isn’t just about following a plan blindly. She listens, understands, and tailors a plan that actually fits into your life. Thanks to her, I now enjoy hitting the gym, look forward to my morning walks, and have even inspired my kids to join me for runs and bike rides. I still have a full-time job, childcare duties, and a foodie soul, but now I also have a fitter body and motivated kids who want to be active with their Mumma.

The best coach ever. She is very supportive, understands our problem and always patiently answers our concerns. She is very knowledgeable about Nutrition. very responsive to texts and calls. I would definitely recommend her for postpartum weightloss.
