Kashish, the guy who made my journey from fat to fit(tr) not just an unachievable dream, but a reality that is both achievable and necessary! I started training with Kashish in January 2026, and ever since, he has been an incredible coach, not just in terms of workouts and nutrition, but also in ensuring accountability and consistency throughout the process.
