Seven years ago, I faced my father’s death, plunging me into deep depression. In 2019, I was diagnosed pre-diabetic. Training under Kashish has been one of the most supportive and seamless experiences in my fitness journey. Kashish sir is a great coach , he helped me loose weight twice and it actually went pretty good, he has a very deep knowledge of nutrition and workout and you will feel the difference between a regular trainer and a good coach. I can say this because i have worked with multiple trainers and i can say that he is one of the best. He not only helps you achieve you objective of joining fittr but also gives you knowledge of how body and diet works and even if you are working out for so many years, you will get to learn a lot of new things from him.
