I specialize in fat loss, muscle gain and general well being . For me Fitness is not about dropping or gaining few pounds or just going to gym everyday , it’s about the ability to carry out daily tasks with alertness alongside enjoying the leisure-time pursuits. My Training will develop a strong and unfaltering connection between mind and body. The Training programme emphasizes on client’s goal by taking into consideration their training experience. The approach will focus on cardiorespiratoray endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, muscular power, balance, flexibility, speed and body composition.
