Start date 9 feb End date 18 may Duration roughly 4 months Start weight 82.70 kg End weight 81.70 (lowest 80.3) Medical condition : hypothyroidism Challenges 1. Deviated too much from fitness and nutrition lifestyle after marriage, finding it hard to come to back to routine. 2. extreme exhaution after work, no will to workout. 3. need to correct nutritional deficiencies as per report(iron, b vitamin, sodium) 4. food addiction/ food obsession/ poor relationship wd food - need help in navigating good eating habits- sustainable healthy lifestyle. 5. stress eating problem After enrolling with Kapil I successfully sorted all my challenges 1. Doing 10k steps almost daily + gym , good routine , love following routine 2. No exhaustion at all. Feel super energetic 3. Blood report all corrected, had mild fatty liver, all corrected 4. Having sustainable lifestyle, even after leaving the plan. 5. Kapil was very good coach, he helped in understanding my stress eating problems and how to work with them. In d start i was put on 1700 cals diet which felt so much- the greatest quantity of food i had in my entire life. Then on 1500 which was tough, but i sailed through. Not only this, these 4 months included 2 weddings, 3 trips , valentines day, anniversary, birthdays- basically a lot of occasions. A lot of cheats But i managed handling all these things while maintaining calorie deficit. Some days were off track, but the flexibility in diet I learned is priceless. I will renew the plan soon, keep renewing till I reach my goal. I did lot of research on the coach before enrolling, and it is worth it. The only mistake I did was delaying in starting the plan. So if someone is reading this review. The best time to start is now, not after your trip, not after weekend, not after a month.
Kapil has been coaching me for 2.5 years and it has been an amazing journey so far. Before meeting Kapil, I never thought that I could live a disciplined life. Working with Kapil made me lose 19 kgs of weight which was followed up by building muscle via strength training. This not only helped me with strength training but I also engaged into cardio and 2 years later, I run a 10k pretty easily. Kapil is a genuine person who has some miraculous powers to motivate you and help you discipline yourself. My recommendation to everyone seeing this review is to take atleast a six month training with Kapil, not only you but everyone else around you will also a change in you :)
As the year draws to a close, I’ve been reflecting on my biggest wins, and none of them would have been possible without Kapil. There were so many moments this year when I didn't believe in myself, but Kapil never wavered. He didn't just give me a diet plan; he gave me the mindset shift I desperately needed. He taught me that no food is 'bad' and helped me understand nutrition through the lens of context and balance. Thanks to his constant guidance and support, I didn't just lose weight or get fit—I conquered my goal of completing another Himalayan trek. If you’re looking for a nutritionist who cares about your spirit as much as your stats, Kapil is the one.
Before this year ends, I really want to express my gratitude to my FITTR coach, Kapil. This journey hasn’t just been about diet plans or workouts — it’s been about mindset, patience, and learning to trust myself again. There were times I doubted my efforts, questioned whether anything was working, and felt frustrated seeing slow results. In those moments, Kapil didn’t just guide me — he stood by me. He reminded me not to chase the scale, but to notice how I felt lighter, stronger, and more in control when I ate clean. That perspective changed everything. With back pain, high uric acid, and starting F45, I was honestly unsure of my body at times. But through constant touchpoints, Kapil helped me identify my own flaws without judgment and taught me how to correct them calmly. Even small things — like the cooking tips he shares online — made this journey practical and sustainable, not overwhelming. He also educated me on recovery tools; even when I chose WHOOP over Ring, the learning stayed with me. That’s the kind of coach he is — focused on education, not ego. More than anything, I’m grateful for the emotional support, reassurance, and belief he showed when I couldn’t see progress myself. This journey feels less lonely because of him. Thank you, Kapil, for being more than a coach — for being a guide, a support system, and someone who genuinely cares. 🙏
