I joined Fittr under the guidance of Kapil. Kapil has been highly supportive in my fitness journey. He has always been encouraging, especially during times when I wasn't able to stay consistent. He has a very methodical approach which takes into account my current challenges of work, places to work out, and food. This has helped me have a routine which blends into my schedule and I can stay more consistent

From the start, he took a very methodical approach — studying my previous diet, workout routine, and health parameters before creating a personalized plan tailored to my goals. He maintains a high level of accountability, checking in with me daily on training and nutrition progress. His guidance on managing existing injuries and optimizing my workouts to strengthen weaker muscle groups has been especially valuable. One of his best suggestions was tracking all my workouts in an Excel sheet, which made it easy to monitor progressive overload and stay consistent. Thanks to Kapil’s structured coaching, I’ve gained noticeable muscle while keeping my body fat levels stable. Choosing to work with him has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey, and I’d confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a disciplined and data-driven approach to training and nutrition.
I joined FITTR with the goal of gaining weight, since I had been struggling with bad eating habits and low confidence in my body.
