I joined fitter under the guidance of kapil . He was very supportive and guided me throughout my fitness journey . My objective was to loose body weight . But under the guidance of Kapil , I was able to change the body composition along with gaining muscle mass and loosing fat and most importantly I have fixed my nutrition and diet which was the worst part of my lifestyle before training with kapil. I canβt recommend Kapil enough. Heβs not just a coach, heβs the reason I finally achieved what Iβve been struggling with for years. I moved from 63kgs to 55kgs while dealing with absolute chaos. Moving between two cities, 5 different houses, a broken back, work all-nighters launching a new product, PMS, multiple existential crises. Through ALL of it, I stuck to the plan because Kapil made it possible. What makes Kapil exceptional isnβt just his coaching skills, itβs his empathy and kindness. On days when I ate 4-6 protein bars and threw up, instead of shaming me like past coaches did, he encouraged me to be kinder to myself BY being kind to me. He sees the human inside whoβs struggling and caters to that. His plans are so well-designed that even if I made one error, I could course correct it in the next meal. His explanations were so clear that I realized I always had a choice rather than feeling restricted. He gives you AGENCY over your diet, which is rare and honestly game-changing. I barely worked out after my back injury. This was achieved through diet alone because he made it so easy to follow. Even with all-nighters, parties, and constant instability around me, I could stick to it. Most of the time itβs not a skill issue, itβs an environmental support issue. Kapil provided that support. He never once shamed or guilt-tripped me. He changed my relationship with food, helped me heal it after 29 years of doing it wrong and dealing with it through bulimia. Only a good teacher realizes the true potential of their student and pushes them towards it. Kapil is GOAT. Everyone should have a Kapil Jadhav in their life.ββββββββββββββββ

From the start, he took a very methodical approach β studying my previous diet, workout routine, and health parameters before creating a personalized plan tailored to my goals. He maintains a high level of accountability, checking in with me daily on training and nutrition progress. His guidance on managing existing injuries and optimizing my workouts to strengthen weaker muscle groups has been especially valuable. One of his best suggestions was tracking all my workouts in an Excel sheet, which made it easy to monitor progressive overload and stay consistent. Thanks to Kapilβs structured coaching, Iβve gained noticeable muscle while keeping my body fat levels stable. Choosing to work with him has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey, and Iβd confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a disciplined and data-driven approach to training and nutrition.
