There's one thing that can be said about Kapil without an ounce of doubt that he is extremely passionate about what he does. He'll go above and beyond to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Not only did he help me lose weight, he also helped me change my lifestyle. He made me like eating healthy and working out. All while putting a smile on his face and explaining things with so much dedication and warmth. He's always available if you have queries and his consistent follow up sessions motivate you to be on track. I cannot thank Kapil enough.

Hi Starting weight :77.9 Today weight. :69.85 Time taken : 3 months I have started my journey with Kapil sir with in few weeks I have seen the benefits. Kapil sir has good understanding about my nutritional condition, nature of working (LOCO PILOT) and given inputs accordingly i.e about nutrition and workout. He is always available to help anytime in day. The way is taking regular updates and follow up it which helps you stay in weight loss process. Before enroll coach I have multiple things but that not effective. I'm delighted that under training Kapil Jadhav (KJ). Thank you Kapil sir πŸ’“

I embarked on my Fittr journey on January 1st, 2022. Initially, I was hesitant since it was my first time enrolling in a personal coaching program. However, kudos to Kapil - he really made it simple for me to follow the plan. Despite eating my regular meals of daal, rice, curry, and salad, I began seeing changes in my body. During our weekly check-ins, Kapil provided logical and scientific explanations for the exercises and diet plan, which made it easier for me to understand and follow. Thanks to his support, I've already seen significant improvements in my body and weight. I'm thrilled to continue this journey with him and take my fitness to the next level.

I have been working with Kapil for a couple of months now. The first thing he did was to fix my meals. Eating veggies and salads with rice and protein was essential and it helped me with energies and overall feelings throughout the day. Kapil knows a lot about nutrition and fitness, he is very proactive and responds to smallest and stupidest questions within an hour in most cases. These are all great things but the thing which tops all of this is his always positive approach! Many time I have told him that the week was bad, didn’t eat very well but he always responded with positivity. Did not make me feel guilty or low which ended up keeping my motivation high! I would recommend to start working with Kapil!
