I started my Fittr journey with Kapil as my fitness coach in February of this year. It’s been less than 3 months, but I have already achieved good weight loss (8-9 pounds) and feeling fitter than before!! Before I started my transformation, I went through pregnancy, baby birth and postpartum. I joined the program 8 months postpartum and Kapil has guided so well! He is technically very sound, knowledgeable, empathetic and explains everything so well. He understands the stage I am in and he is slowly incorporating changes for me to get fitter. I feel much stronger mentally, physically and emotionally and I look forward to continuing this journey under her guidance and achieve a better health span soon!! Before I started training with Coach KJ, I was doing strength workouts at home. But after recovering from dengue, I struggled deeply — my energy levels remained low, I felt constant fatigue, my sleep was disturbed, and even stepping out of the house became a challenge. For 5–6 months, I was physically and mentally drained, unsure of how to get back on track. Joining Fittr and enrolling under Coach KJ has truly been one of the best decisions of my life. In just 2-3 weeks, I started experiencing a complete transformation. I’m incredibly grateful to the universe for leading me to his guidance. Coach KJ is exceptionally knowledgeable in both exercise and nutrition. He patiently answered every question I had, no matter how small, and helped me break old myths and beliefs about health that were unknowingly holding me back. His guidance gave me the clarity I needed to rebuild myself — mentally and physically. Today, I feel stronger, more energetic, and more focused. I’m able to manage my office work, workouts, cooking, household tasks, sleep, steps and even outdoor activities with ease — something which was blurry a few months ago. My sleep quality, stamina, and overall strength have improved significantly. Beyond just being a coach, he’s been like an elder brother — always supportive, always there to guide me through any challenge. I’m genuinely thankful for everything, and I’d honestly love to be coached by him for life! 🫢☺️

Kapil is very scientific in deciding what should be the plan and keeps my short and long term goal in mind. With his guidance, i was able to fix my blood test markers related to Heart and liver effortlessly along with muscle building. He is a great coach and explains each component of my diet and exercise with patience. I am renewing with him further to continue on my fitness journey.
