Whoever wants to start a fitness journey remotely, here I introduce Kapil 💪 the best trainer. He is humble and helpful towards the journey from understanding the body type to making sure to have a healthy lifestyle. This journey so far was amazing and still continuing further. The Fittr Platform has a great deal to offer. However, I believe that I would not have been able to utilize it properly without Kapil Jadhav. Kapil knows his work like anything. With exercise and diet, he helps me with my nutrition intake, how to improve any deficiencies, if I have any queries related to how I will manage if I am going on a vacation or out of city for work,he has all the answers. He is very polite and is always available. If not on call then on text. He helps me become more accountable for my progress and helps me stay committed to the program by telling me how I can manage my calories if I take something which is not a part of my diet. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning as to how someone can correct my posture during exercises. Kapil has shown me that online programs such as Fittr can also be as helpful if the trainer is paying proper attention. He watches all my exercise videos carefully, correcting any improper posture there can be. In simple words, because of Kapil, My Fittr journey has been wonderful. I have lost around 7 kgs and have just renewed my subscription with Kapil. I will recommend Fittr to everyone who is looking for a change in their lives and will recommend Kapil to be there to help them. P.S. Somebody recommended Kapil to me, as he was really happy with him and I couldn't be happier with this advice as it has now turned into a very fruitful journey and will Hopefully be more fruitful in the future.
Like many people on this platform, I have been juggling various responsibilities such as work, parenting, caregiving etc due to which I had been neglecting my own health over the past decade. New year's weight loss resolution would fizzle out by Jan 10 and any outdoor exercise routine would get derailed by uncomfortable weather or a busy work schedule. My cousin had worked with Fittr and coach Kapil with good results and recommended the same to me. Coach Kapil provided a diet, exercise plan, accountability routines that has enabled me to lose 4 kgs in 3 months. Thank you Kapilji for the constant guidance and encouragement!!! Few of my aha moments in this 3-month journey 1. Consistency is key for positive outcomes and accountability routines help with it 2. Importance eating a balanced diet (I was overloading on carbs) 3. Portion control, measuring, tracking consumption 4. Compensating strategies when I travel, or during festivals 5.
