I love kanta Ji's classes as I feel myself getting better everyday! Her passion and commitment shows through in each class! She pushes you knowing you can do it, even when you doubt yourself! She's so accommodating of our schedule to ensure we don't miss a class even tapping into her personal time. I have been with her for few months now and I have already done advance yoga that I never thought I could. Her focus on healthy living and our individual growth is epic. Thank you so much for everything kanta ji! 😊

Past 3 months of training with Kantaji have been amazing. The workouts she plans for me work perfectly for my lifestyle as well as body type. Being a working mom of two toddlers, I always felt a need to incorporate yoga as well as strength training in my daily fitness regime to keep myself mentally and physically fit. Workouts that Kantaji plans are very well thought through and customized per my needs. Often times she will tailor the workout last minute just to meet my concerns or needs for the day. She always adds variations in the workouts. I enjoy strength trainings as it includes a lot of variety - either focusing on few muscles per day, Tabata or Circuit training. Ending my morning workouts with stretching, relaxation & pranayam help me stay active, energetic and most importantly feeling accomplished throughout the day. Training with Kantaji has helped me shed some of the stubborn fat that I had gained during my pregnancies and has got me back to my pre-pregnancy weight in merely 3 months. I am very proud of my accomplishment and none of that would have been possible without Kantaji’s perseverance and positivity. Thank you for everything you do including holding me accountable everytime I miss the session. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with you. xoxo

I am a mom who hesitantly started yoga with Kanta ji as part of my postpartum recovery 2 months back. I can say I am more flexible now and definitely happy with the coaching. Kanta ji very knowledgeable with yoga and helped with variations given my body’s limitation as a new mom. I am grateful for her guidance around strength and conditioning as well. It has helped me gain more strength and work toward harder work outs and yoga poses. Overall it’s been an amazing journey so far and i am looking forward to continuing working out with her.

I have been working with Kantaji for over two months now and recently enrolled in a quarterly plan as i knew she is the right coach for me. She is an extremely positive person. I really look forward to our workouts as she plans each day very meticulously and pays attention to the minutest detail. Her knowledge is yoga is very thorough and as we are doing asanas she will always explain what muscle groups are we targeting with these asanas and what is it going to help us with. She is super flexible and rather than just teaching and doing her job , you know she is vested in you and your goals. It’s rare to find such a combination where the coach is more involved in your goals. i recently enrolled both my kids to do yoga under her guidance and they absolutely enjoy it. i can hear them giggle and giving hi fi’s so i know they are loving their yoga lessons. Thank you Kantaji for all the efforts you are putting to better our life 💕
