I started working out with Kanish about 6 months ago and I am extremely happy I found him as a coach. I struggled to get back into my workout regime after pregnancy and he has helped me rebuild my strength and stamina. He is incredibly knowledgeable about posture, anatomy, overall fitness, and nutrition. He knows when to increase the intensity of the workouts and when to push you to help you get the most out of the session. He has been super flexible and patient with my schedule, last minute changes, and always on top of communication. I am amazed how passionate and dedicated he is about fitness and his role as a coach. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal fitness coach. He will offer the personalized attention you need. Thank you, Kanish!

Kanish is a good person and an excellent coach. He tailors the routine based on the needs and I like his pre-workout warm-up and post-workout stretching routines. I will recommend Kanish to anyone afraid of starting their fitness journey.

Kanish is very effective trainer; I had a very specific need to work out for my back pain rehab. He strictly followed the doctor’s plan and was able to fulfil my requirements. He has been very flexible and accommodating to my requests. Overall highly satisfied and rebooked.

I was looking to start my workouts after my wrist fracture. Thankfully I found Kanish. He finds innovative ways for my whole body workout which does not involve lot of wrist. I love working out with him. He understands and modifies according to your needs. I found him very knowledgable yet very approachable. One of his best qualities is his flexibility.
