Kanika is LOVE! Adapting to a routine is difficult. We are often told what to do. Kanika has that trick to make you do what you should be doing. Her plans and tracking are extremely precise. She doesn't disrespect your unhealthy habits. Instead works step by step to take you away from them. She has gone beyond what is actually supposed to do, without any expectations. She is an all rounder coach. The investment does return multiplied with things which money cannot buy! I am in the midst of my transformation and hoping to post a killer before and after photo soon!
I am truly grateful for the guidance and support I received over the past three months by kanika. My coach not only helped me lose weight but also ensured that my health was maintained without any negative effects on my skin or hair. She designed an eating schedule and exercise routine that was simple, practical, and easy to incorporate into my daily life. Kanika was an effective and supportive coach. I had been on a plateau for quite sometime, but with her guidance and support lost 5.2 kilos, despite work commitments. She accommodated all my requests and made the diet more suited to my tastes and needs. I feel stronger with her exercise schedule and learnt a lot about nutrition on this journey.
