Kamal has done awesome work by guiding me towards my fitness goals!! He has worked patiently with focus on the overall well being as well as fitness. His regular check in calls were very helpful in providing the right amount of guidance on exercise and nutrition. His approach to fitness is quite balanced and tailored to the phase we are in. I highly recommend him after myself going through the transformation under his guidance.

6 Months review 82-67Kg, Age 29 Kamal knows what he is doing. He knows what problems you have, What mistakes you will make and how you can get over it. His diet never felt like dieting. I mean how can you complain if you get to eat items like fried rice, chicken 65, rajma and eggs everyday. He notices even the slightest change that happens in your body everyweek and make changes in your plan accordingly. He is not extremist when it comes to diet, as he understands there will be times when clients like me slip a little from the journey, and he is well preppared for it in advance. I highly recommend Coach Kamal
