I’ve been training with Kamal, 3 times a week for the past 1.5 months, and I’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in my strength. What really stands out is how engaging and supportive he is—he keeps the sessions light and fun, even during tough workouts. I especially appreciate his focus on gradual progression. We started with wall push-ups, and now I’ve already moved to incline push-ups on the stairs, which feels like a big win for me. He never rushes through sessions and is very attentive—making sure I warm up properly, checking in about any pain or discomfort, and adjusting intensity based on how I’m feeling. On days when I’m low on sleep or energy, he thoughtfully modifies the workout so I can still stay consistent without overexerting myself. Overall, he’s dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. Highly recommend!

He’s an outstanding trainer—engaging, quick responsive, and always attentive. In every session, he ensures your form is correct (which is I think important for me )and clearly explains the purpose and importance of each exercise. He also creates a comfortable, supportive environment that makes every session both effective and enjoyable.
