I started my weight loss journey with Kainaz 5 months ago and I was in a medication for diabetes at that time and in 5 months I have not only lost 5kgs but I am free of diabetes medicines.Last week when I visited my doctor he was very impressive to see my progress and advised me not to take any medications.Its one of the greatest motivations for me to continue this journey with Kainaz for months to come ;)

I started my journey early this year with Kainaz and with her guidance I not only manged to loose weight but lost it in the correct way as in fat loss. Very patient, very encouraging and motivating. listens to the concerns and guides likewise. lost around 6 kg and 4%body fat. I was at 75 kgs at the start of my plan. But now with my coach, Miss Kainaz Havaldar, I have reached almost 69 kgs in 3 months! I didn't do much — just a good regular diet plan she told me to follow and exercise 6 days a week. I feel much more energised and confident about myself. Definitely going to renew my plan soon!
