To me fitness is own’s optimal health and overall well-being. Being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of health. Smart eating, active living, feeling energised, Building Stamina, reduced risks for many health problems, the chance to look and feel the best are fundamental to fitness. It is a better chance for a higher quality of life and perhaps a longer life.
