I recently worked with her as my coach. I found her knowledge, expertise, and understanding to be strong, and I have no concerns regarding her capabilities as a coach. However, the coaching approach was not the best fit for me personally. I work best with regular follow-ups and accountability, and I had communicated that I would benefit from more proactive check-ins. Unfortunately, that level of follow-up did not happen consistently, which made it difficult for me to stay on track and get the support I was looking for. Overall, this was more a matter of coaching style and fit rather than competence. I believe her knowledge and insights are valuable, but I personally needed a different level of structure and accountability to be successful.
It is truly inspiring journey of 12 weeks. Previously I was hitting the gym from few years but was never regular. And was having zero knowledge of diet plan. Jiggyasa designed the workout plan and diet plan for me. Being vegetarian, the diet plan was addition and subtraction of few things and few changes in timing too. So, it was too easy to follow it regularly. That was the main thing. I was introduced to Tofu for the first time. And actually I learnt few recipes like Tofu Chilly, Tofu Burjee, Tofu Masala Tava Fry, etc. I made my short workout videos and sent to Jiggyasa. She guided me for few form correction too. There was a weekly followup call where there was review and few changes suggested by her when needed. There was knee pain and backpain too for few days. Jiggyasa sent me the lower back strengthening exercises video which later become part of my daily schedule and it relived my back pain to major extent. When I saw my pictures of before and after 12 week program, for the first time I have observed changes in my overall body structure and I was happy for that. She was always supportive and inspiring through out this journey. How a coach plays an important role, Jiggyasa is the best example of that.... Many thanks to her...
