Thanks very much for your guidance Jiggyasa😊🙏. Food given is so easy to manage and maintain . I have been trying different things and couldn’t focus my weight was getting stuck at 64. Now I am at 59 kg. With the guidance of Jiggyasa now I have life tool even when I don’t have time to measure , With the knowledge gained I know how much I can eat the days when I am unable to weigh. Also , I have also learnt how I can enjoy my favourite food with limits/control. Exercise provided are so easy that I can easily follow as a regular routine.
