I started hitting the gym since my late teens and was an extremely lean person and had a dream to look muscular. However, without proper guidance, injuries became a regular part of my life and nutrition included an unstructured approach to bulking up. Though I became muscular, I had also gained significant body fat. This turned my attention to learning nutrition and fitness science and I transformed to a muscular and shredded version of my earlier self.
