I recently finished 6months plan with Jasmit. I am so thankful to her for helping me throughout my journey. she has helped me so much to improve my relationship with food and to help me listen to my body. she made diet and workout plans as per my requirements. she inculcated good habits and understanding in me. I feel more comfortable with improved energy levels and stronger body. she is very regular with connects and is encouraging at every step of the journey. I highly recommend her to everyone one who is looking for a friend cum coach for themselves.
I recently finished a three-month fitness plan with Jasmit, and it was a great experience. Her approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to individual needs. Taking a FITTR membership was a leap of faith for me, and I am so very glad that coach Jasmit has been a part of my journey since Day 1.
