Hi Jasmine, now that my 3-month journey has come to an end, I wanted to sincerely thank you for all your support and guidance. Your knowledge about dietary requirements is amazing, and I really appreciated how you helped me stay close to my desi food preferences while still making it possible to remain in a calorie deficit. You listen so well, and I truly value how you always followed up with me even when I missed calling you. That consistency meant a lot. When I followed your plan properly, I reduced 4 kg, which really showed me that your methods work. I also want to honestly admit that there were times when I did not fully do justice to the diet plan. But from my experience, I can confidently say that if someone sincerely follows your suggestions, diet plan, and exercise guidance, weight reduction is definitely possible. Because of your guidance, I have become much more confident in handling my food choices, and I now understand the science behind nutrition much better. I am not ending this journey here. You have given me a magical plan for life that I know will continue to help me, and I will keep following it going forward. Thank you Fittr, and thank you Jasmine, for everything.

I followed this diet plan consistently for 3 months, and the results have been genuinely impressive. I lost around 7 kg during this period, which felt both healthy and sustainable. What stood out the most was that I didn’t just lose weight—I also noticed a significant improvement in my strength and endurance levels. I enrolled under Jasmine mam 3 months ago. I was training before but not losing weight. Mam is an amazing coach who understands what I wanted within a timeframe of 3 months. Mam listened to my problems and was always there for me whenever I had any questions about my diet. She understood my cravings for dark chocolate which personally was amazing!!🥰 Thank you so much for that especially mam! I will never look at food the way I used to to look before.
