Jaitri is a very friendly, approachable and emphatic coach. I am so happy I chose her as my coach. She understands the bottle necks that I am facing and what needs to be done. She is always there for you and is very accountable , infact more than me. She monitors your progress very closely and always there to guide you and modify the meal plan as per my schedule. Under her, I am still able to go to parties, enjoy food without feeling guilty. She has brought a big change in me which is - mindfulness. I know what I am eating and why ? In the 40 days that o I am training under her, I am already 5.4 kilos less. I am so grateful .I would highly recommend her to everyone
Good evening, I have been taking nutritional advice from Jaitri and I must tell you that she is one of the most amazing and inspiring coach. She helped me to loose my inhibitions before she guided me on my path to a fitter me. There are times when I am not able to either follow or upload the meals as per her instructions but her caring and encouraging attitude has kept me on track. Highly recommended for all.
