My husband and I have been working with Jaitri for the last three months with an overall goal of being fit, healthy, and reducing weight. We have a very busy schedule living abroad, both of us working and raising our 6-year-old daughter, and our initial goal was to follow a sustainable fitness plan that allows slow and steady progress rather than an aggressive transformation we cannot maintain. Jaitri understood our priorities and seamlessly integrated a fitness plan that fits our schedule and does not overwhelm us. We have started seeing results in just three months, as both my husband and I have adopted a healthier lifestyle and lost some weight. Jaitri has been fantastic as a mentor. She is friendly, informative, and motivating. What we like most about her is that she understands our priorities while keeping us on track to achieve the goals we had set. Overall we are really happy to have enrolled with Jaitri and would highly recommend her.

I am absolutely happy to have enrolled with Jaitri.. she not only follows up and observes the daily changes but suggests actions apart from daily meals to follow for better health and overcome any issues. She understands the goals and makes it interesting by not following a single boring strict diet regime but gives a open mindset of balancing the food with different interesting options. I must say its difficult to find such a great mentor and I am absolutely loving the journey to achieve my goals.. I would highly recommend Jaitri for anyone who wants to keep it interesting while achieving their goals!

I have been training with Jaitri over 2 months now. She has been amazing instructor and I keep asking her ‘why did I not found her earlier’. She makes workout interesting and enjoyable . She is always enthusiastic, encouraging and supportive. She understands my physical challenges and limitations and sets the workouts which suits for me. The results have been very encouraging despite all my challenges. She has lot of certifications in various types - like yoga and these have been very helpful and making workouts interesting. Her guidance on nutrition and tips which are relatively simple to incorporate into your daily diet and lifestyle is amazing. She is very disciplined and communicative. I really appreciate her willingness and commitment which is leading to my success in achieving my physical and health goals.

Took the best decision of enrolling under coach Jaitri Bose about two months ago for me and my spouse , our daily morning workout routines have added a new dimension to our lives. Our coach puts in the best workout regime suiting to our age and fitness profile which makes the workout session enjoyable & sets the right mindset for the entire day. Would recommend anyone looking to start their fitness journey to go ahead and enroll under her to get a good mentor who has completely changed my perspective on fitness and dietary habits.
