Took the best decision of enrolling under coach Jaitri Bose about 2 months ago for me and my spouse, our daily morning workout have added a new dimension to our life. Our Coach puts in her best workout regime suiting to our age and fitness profile which makes the workout session enjoyable and sets the right mindset for the entire day We would recommend anyone looking to start their fitness journey to go ahead and enroll under her to get a good mentor who has completely changed our perspective on fitness and dietary habits.
I've been training with Jaitri ma'am for the past two months, and it has been an amazing experience, I truly enjoy starting my day with her sessions, she brings such positive energy and motivation throughout. Jaitri ma'am is very attentive and always offers alternative exercises when something feels challenging, making sure I stay consistent without feeling discouraged. I really appreciate how careful she is about preventing injuries, especially to the knees and neck. Her guidance has made my fitness journey both safe and enjoyable.
I have been working with Jaitri for just over 4 weeks now and my experience has been great. She is a great listener and motivator. She has also been flexible to slightly delay my workout start one of the days due to my availability of the gym. She provides great tips to get the best out of my workout with a lot of focus on form over everything. Although it's just been only 4 weeks, I plan to extend my plan once it ends in a few weeks. Highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a coach.
