5 stars are less for coach Indresh , he has not only guided with food choices but also mentored me how to achieve a healthy lifestyle which can be followed in long term. His way of follow ups makes me countable for my own day which helped me loose weight . He also aligned my diet plans as per my medical conditions and travel plans what more I can ask for . I highly recommend him 🌟Thanks for your guidance coach πŸ˜‡

Coach Indresh was very knowledgeable and supportive on my journey. He was able to adjust my meal plan based on my needs and my time. Even when I was unable to stick to the recommendations he was able to suggest how to move forward and he was so supportive. I highly recommend him. Thank you Coach!

Indresh helped me change my fundamental approach to food. He taught me how to eat consciously, and without guilt. This was incredibly helpful because I had never thought in that way before. With the diet, he also managed my daily exercise plan which helped me to reduce my body weight and gain muscle. Even when I forgot to send my daily report or missed my weekly call, he made sure that he would keep the check on the same. I now feel more confident in consciously planning my meals for overall nutrition and in response to my body’s needs.

Thank you, Indresh, for your wonderful guidance on diet plan. He is extremely easy to talk to and provided so much great information and explained the science behind all the topics discussed. I enjoyed the sessions and the tips I received, not only about diet but about exercise too, were very helpful on this journey. I feel better and have more energy.
