Well, i can keep talking about Indresh and not stop. His personality is such. Firstly, more than a coach he is a friend who not only appreciates you when u have done something right, but yells at you if don't. I started my journey with him when I was at my worst phase. Although I was 91 kgs, but climbing stairs and jogging/running were a luxury for me which I couldn't afford. Then comes my Savior man - Indresh - In his own words " Honey, tension lene ki zarurat nahi, isko hum theek kar denge" . Mind you the journey has not been easy, I was hit by injuries and roadblocks, but indresh was there to keep me on my toes and ofcourse my doctors BTS. He ensured I did not lose my track and kept regular check on me even when I was unwell and motivated to get back better. His USP is his knowledge and his client handling skills. Makes you feel great and important. My journey is never going to stop with him Start weight - 91 kgs Ongoing weight - 81 kgs Stamina before start - 1/10 Stamina now - 7/10 and going higher Stats have been significant, but I would rather show my complete journey after I reach my destination.

We are 7 people from my family enrolled with Indresh sir…always available as a friend, brother, beta..jaise clients waise unka role😀…a very good human being..amazing mentor..aap koi problem batao aur solution hazir ho jata hain..have renewed my enrolment with him for the 3rd time..proves how dedicated he is for his work..i have enrolled for partner transformation package..indresh sir got my husband from pre diabetic to normal range of sugar with a very sustainable diet and exercise plan..have got positive outcome for other medical problems with other family members as well..truly dedicated towards his work and true believer of work is worship!

Cheers to coach Indresh for helping me and supporting me to achieve my target of weight loss.. He was my all time motivator and was dedicated more than me to put in efforts to reach my target.. He was always available as per my needs and requirements.. Although it was me who was not going on track due to my health issues but whatever weight I did lost.. I have not gained back.. it is incredible.. before this I have joined many gyms and have taken various diet plans but as soon I stop following them I used to gain my weight back.. but his diet and workout plans did wonders.. I am so thankful to him to put in words.. you can trust him blindly for your journey.. I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5 😅 Just recovering myself so that I could soon get back to him for my goals.. can’t wait to pursue my weight journey back with the coach..
