I have worked with many coaches in past but Experience with Himanshu is completely different . Regular multiple followups every week ,workout and diet plan discussion in detail have always kept me on toes . Doesn't matter how many times I want to speak he has listened to me patiently . When I enrolled I was on the verge of depression but this guy gave my life a 360 degree turn . Now I can't sleep if I don't workout . He reviews workout videos on continuous basis . If any time I felt demotivated I have spoken to him and his strong words always motivated me to the core . He has a complete different perspective of diet and workout when compared to other coaches I worked . I have successfully lost 10kgs and many more to come . My wife and I enrolled for a 12 week partner package with Himanshu. He is knowledgeable both in nutrition and workout planning. When we enrolled for this programme we were looking for guidance and little motivation and push from the coach. But regular connect was lacking during this time. We hardly had 5/6 calls in 12 weeks. To be honest we didn't follow the plan, maybe due to lack of discipline or motivation. I guess this is where we needed a push from the coach. At least at the end of the plan last week we were expecting feedback on our journey. But shockingly there was no communication during the final 3 weeks. The same feedback was shared with Fittr over the feedback call.
