It’s been amazing working with Himanshu .I have been training under him from last 9-10 months and I am really satisfied with results and the way things are going .The way he explains things ,clear your doubts ,educate you on fitness is simply tremendous.I went on bulking journey with him and even with challenges in routine life i had the way he suggest things to keep things on track and make sure we achieve our goal is fabulous.I have gained around 3.5-4 kg and my waist size hasn’t even moved and this thing impressed me the most. He just understand body type really well and suggest us changes accordingly which eventually tend to show good results as per our expectation .If anyone want to be on fitness journey I would highly recommend him !
Himanshu is a great coach. Over the last 3 months I’ve seen a significant change in my lifestyle especially in my food choices. I never felt like I was on a diet because I genuinely enjoyed every meal. He made sure I stayed consistent with both my exercise routine and diet plan throughout the journey. Before working with Himanshu, I kept putting off getting healthier because it all felt too overwhelming. He changed that completely. With his constant encouragement, nutrition guidance, and support with strength training, I now work out multiple days a week, eat better, drink more water, and actually sleep well. Himanshu is an amazing coach. From the very beginning, he helped me setup plans and goals based on what I was already eating or doing. He always made me believe the fitness journey has to be sustainable and not some drastic changes. In the last 3 months I have spent with him, I was able to learn so much about my body and what my body is capable of doing just by practicing some mindfulness, consistency and restraint. I would absolutely choose him over and over to be my trainer just because of his science backed approaches, experience and calmness. He is someone who will listen to you rather than just creating generic plans. Would absolutely recommend him.
