I am enrolled with Harshal to focus on losing weight, getting consistent with gym and to understand the importance of portion control and everything. He was very much helpful in all aspects. Harshal is extremely talended and have so much knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition. I lost almost 6kgs in 3 months of time through consistency in gym and healthy diet and workout plan. He is very organised in all matter be it with the updates every weeks, checking with me in the middle of the week and also managing both workout and diet. His management skills are amazing.
