I learned a lot from Harshal, about nutrition and workouts. He was the first trainer who included a healthy amount of carbohydrates in my diet without asking me to cut these foods out or generate fear around these foods. I also got into the habit of walking a lot (and enjoying it) because of his “10K Steps every day” approach and it’s changed my life for the better. I increased my water intake to 3-4L a day because of his plan. I couldn’t continue the training because of my schedule and time difference but I have kept these healthy habits and everything I learned from him, maintained in my daily routine. Thank you Harshal for all the guidance so far and instilling self discipline in me, that I needed to continue my health journey.

Harsh was amazing all throughout! This was the first time I was trying a coach and was not sure how it would turn out. I was super happy with my result and it was easy for me to follow the diet and workout routines even after the 12 weeks of coaching sessions ended. Once my travels end and work eases a bit, I will restart my training with Harsh. Highly recommend him!

This was my first experience to get guidance under a coach. Initially I was sceptical of the idea weather it's gonna make my daily life difficult by forcing me follow a strict regime of strict dieting and gym but I was proved wrong. Even though the diet was strict it didn't feel much different from what I usually eat, which was a great plus point. I was surprised as I didn't have to go out and buy fancy super food items, rather everything I needed for following the diet plan was already present at my home. Also the gym plans were very detailed. I lost around 8.5kgs in a span of 6 months. Keep in mind that I traveled for 2-3 months to different places during this time period and I still managed to loose weight. Harsh has really been a great inspiration and support through out the process. He fine tuned the diet plan based on the country I am in and also based on the resources available to me. He supports and guide like a brother and he is truly happy whenever I made some progress. Hands down I had a great experience training under him, learning from him and I will continue to train under him. If there's anyone who's new on this platform, and is not sure about who to follow, I would recommend you to go with Harsh. I am looking forward to learning a lot from Harsh while simultaneously achieving my health goals while training under him. 🥳

Harsh is a great dietician and he makes sure you keep on track because he is so invested in your success! My greatest challenge before I started consulting with Harsh was that my weight had stagnated and no matter how hard I worked out or “regulated” my diet, I was just not loosing weight. It came as a complete shock to me that the reason I wasn’t loosing weight was because I was eating too less which led to my metabolism slowing down. Getting me to eat more food was not easy because I was not mentally ready to do so. But very patiently, Harsh got me to the stage where I started enjoying eating more and could see many positive results - weight loss, increased energy levels, better sleep…. This is just the beginning & I’m excited to continue this healthy journey with Harsh!
