I have been training with Coach Harsh since the past 4 months and my experience has been exceptional. I was with another coach when I 1st started with Fittr but I wasnt happy and I changed my coach to Harsh, as my husband had enrolled with him as well. There was a world of difference in the 2 coaches. Coach Harsh is exceptionally dedicated. He really is invested in my fitness journey and genuinely cares about my progress. He has shared invaluable advice which has changed my approach towards fitness and I can see my body change following the workout and diet plans shared by him. I would advice anyone starting off with Fittr to start with Harsh and you will definitely not be disappointed!
Over the past 6+ months, Harsh has been instrumental in helping me build truly sustainable habits - both with respect to nutrition as well as workout. Before I started working with Harsh, I found it challenging to stick to a routine beyond 1-2 weeks. I was overwhelmed with a busy work schedule and a toddler at home. Harsh gave me a plan that worked with my lifestyle, and focused on gradual, manageable adjustments that I could actually maintain. I lost more than 20 lbs. But more importantly, I feel like I now have sustainable eating and workout practices that feel like natural parts of my routine rather than burdensome chores. He is very supportive and his constant encouragements in the weeks I was feeling low was so helpful to keep me going. I'm so glad I got to work with Harsh this year and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and supportive coach!
My goal was to reduce bodyfat % . when i started, my bodyfat was 25%. My goal was to reach between 15 to 18% . we started in May 1st with Harsh Manali and it's going great . i used to eat clean, but the biggest problem was weekends. He was really sitting on my head and keeping a full check on me throughout the process. it was easy to approach him, never disappeared. when i started, i thought that i would only sign for 3 months, and that's it but i re-registered for another 3 months and thinking to stay for longer in this plan bcuz results are amaazing. Thank you, Harsh .
When I started this, my biggest challenges were staying consistent and not really knowing what to eat or how to balance workouts with my routine. I used to either overdo things or lose track completely. Coach Harsh really helped me by breaking everything down into small steps, making the diet and workouts easy to follow without overwhelming me. The regular check-ins and his way of explaining things gave me clarity and kept me motivated. Even on days I felt low, he made sure I didn’t give up. Overall, it’s been a really good experience working with him. I’ve learned a lot about fitness and discipline, and I genuinely feel more confident now. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants proper guidance.
