We joined the couples program with our biggest challenge being consistency, especially on difficult days or when motivation dropped. Harshal helped us work through that by adjusting the plan to what we could realistically manage and making the routine sustainable for both of us. His check-ins, guidance, and small corrections kept us steady without feeling overwhelmed. As a coach, Harshal is patient, supportive, and genuinely invested in progress. I just wrapped up a 6-month coaching journey with Coach Harsh, and it’s been such a positive and grounding experience. My challenges? Work travel, festive-season temptations, low water intake, and being brand new to strength training — which meant I wasn’t seeing results at first and it got discouraging. How Harsh helped? I’ve been training with Coach Harshal for almost 6 months now, and I can confidently say he has completely transformed my approach to fitness and nutrition.
