I started with a lot of challenges — constant hunger, specific food preferences, and difficulty sticking to a routine. My coach Harsh was extremely understanding and customised my meal plan instead of forcing a strict one. There were times when I slipped due to unavoidable situations, but my coach simply helped me get back on track with patience and encouragement. Thanks to his support, I now feel more energetic, consistent, and confident about my fitness journey. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a coach who truly cares!
I’ve been working with Coach Harsh for about 4 months now, and it’s been a really good experience overall. He’s very punctual with his weekly follow-ups and always takes the time to listen to my questions and challenges. I really appreciate how consistent and approachable he is — it shows that he genuinely cares about my progress and wants me to do well. He plans my nutrition carefully and monitors my progress closely. Whenever the results slow down, his first instinct is to reduce calories, which I understand comes from wanting to see results faster. However, I personally prefer a more gradual, long-term approach, since cutting calories too much sometimes leaves me feeling low on energy. That said, he’s open to feedback, which I truly value. Harsh also shares good food swaps and gives nutrition advice that’s based on solid science. I just wish there was a little more creativity in designing meals that feel filling and satisfying while still staying within the calorie limits. Sometimes his plans can be a bit ambitious — like aiming for 12–13k steps daily — and I’d love to see more practical tips on how to fit that into a busy day. Overall, Harsh is a knowledgeable, sincere, and supportive coach. He truly wants his clients to succeed, and with a little more focus on sustainability and real-life balance, his coaching would be even more amazing. I’m happy with the journey so far and grateful for his consistent effort and guidance.
I started my fitness journey 5 and a half months ago at the age of 41 — after trying on and off since I was 20 — but this time, I truly found the right path under the guidance of my coach Harshal Milani. With his expert training and constant motivation, I managed to overcome tennis elbow pain in the middle of my journey and stay consistent throughout. His personalized approach, proper form correction, and continuous encouragement helped me stay focused and achieve an incredible transformation — losing almost 12 kg in the process! I genuinely appreciate his patience, knowledge, and dedication. He has not only helped me get fitter physically but has also instilled the confidence and discipline I always wanted in my fitness routine.
