Harshal is a great coach and he helped a lot with being consistent. He provided me and my wife with a diet plan and there were many recipes suggested through the Fittr app. The weekly workout plan is also designed such that all the muscles in the body are exercised and that helped us a lot with getting in shape. I lost about 8 kgs in 6 months and have started living a very active lifestyle with regular cardio, workout and a good diet. I could not have done this without Harshal’s support and positive influence. I highly recommend Harshal for anyone thinking about enrolling in the program.
Working with Harshal has been an incredible experience. I have been training with Coach Harsh since the past 4 months and my experience has been exceptional. I was with another coach when I 1st started with Fittr but I wasnt happy and I changed my coach to Harsh, as my husband had enrolled with him as well. There was a world of difference in the 2 coaches. Coach Harsh is exceptionally dedicated. He really is invested in my fitness journey and genuinely cares about my progress. He has shared invaluable advice which has changed my approach towards fitness and I can see my body change following the workout and diet plans shared by him. I would advice anyone starting off with Fittr to start with Harsh and you will definitely not be disappointed!
