What an unbelievable experience it was to train by coach Harshal! Harshal was my coach for around 3.5 and in this span of time he has taught so much to me about diet and workouts. I love his way of coaching people specially related to calorie counting. Personally, i love working out and never had problem with workouts but i’ve always struggled with maintaining diets since going way too low on my calorie content of the day would end up making me hungry and mentally wanting more food. Harshal made sure that i’m in calorie deficit while making sure m not starving myself and always cared about if i feel full with my diet plan or not! I lost around around 5.5kgs in this journey in a very healthy way! I took a break because of travelling but joing back with him end of this year!! Thanks so much Harshal!!
Harsh Sir is the role model for me. He has inspired & motivated me a lot in my transformation journey. Apart from his expertise in Nutrition & Fitness, his communication skill is very much sound. Before working with Harsh, my biggest challenge was the lack of quantified nutrition. While I was eating mostly healthy, I was unknowingly consuming excess calories, which stalled my fat loss. I had also tried intermittent fasting earlier, which gave short-term results but left me hungry and led to muscle loss — it simply wasn’t sustainable. Harsh changed all that. He gave me a simple, practical diet plan based on quantified nutrition and taught me easy ways to measure my food. His food replacement charts made it easy to add variety without affecting my macros. This approach helped me stay full, energized, and achieve fat loss with minimal muscle loss. His workout plans are science-based and flexible — when I couldn’t make it to the gym, he created home workouts for me. Weekly check-ins with Harsh kept me accountable, and during travel, he guided me on portion control and prioritizing protein to stay on track. His accountability group also helps with consistency, as members share daily updates on diet, workouts, sleep, and hydration. I am 47 years old and Peri menopausal. I have been working with Harsh, my fitness coach for the past 6 months. It has been a very transformative journey with him and I lost about 7 kgs and it is still a work in progress. Harsh has always been there with constant guidance and support. For a fitter coach my requirement had been accountability and regular follow-ups and Harsh had been absolutely perfect for my requirement. He would share his plans and ask in detail not just my physical health but also about my mental will being. He has been strict but never pushy. Many a times during the 6 months I would be out travelling or would have been unwell or just not motivated enough to work towards my fitness. But he was always there to help me during these times. My fitness journey helped me a lot and I participated for the first time and completed 5k marathon without any breaks. Went for a hike at 11,700feet. Came under the weight bracket to do Skydive and successfully completed it. If you are looking for a coach who is very good at his work, also understands your requirements, keeps you accountable and yet keeps you going with positive results ...I would strongly recommend Harsh as your personal fitness coach. My journey is not over yet, it's just a pause and I am looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Harsh.
