FITTR has been a good experience and I would highly recommend for people who are keen to become fit, intent to look & feel better but don’t have the discipline to pursue. Haider is a great coach. He has a subtle way of encouraging and motivating you. He understands all bodies are different and they react differently. He is disciplined and does a regular follow up to check on you. He provides guidance and alternative options for times when life gets busy with travel and other commitments. Haider shows utmost concern and involvement in your success. There are no short cuts and he constantly helps build lifestyle changes. It has been a fab experience of getting coached by him. I am half way through and a project in progress. I wish him luck and Hope many more benefit from his knowledge, wisdom and experience.
My Go to Fitness Buddy, I have been training under Mr. Haider for 4 months now and it has been a great experience so far. I started with him with a 12 weeks plan at first and seeing his simple and easy approach that helped me shed 6 ±1 kgs in a matter of 12 weeks. The best part in coaching under him is he understands clearly the need of the Trainee and guides me in the way that suits me well. His simple approach is a key motivating factor for me to keep pushing myself and under his continuous guidance I am sure I will reach my Goal for attaining wholesome fitness. I have been working with Haider for a long time, and he has been really helpful in guiding me to the right direction of weight loss.
