I have had several coaches in the past and I can say that Gursimar has been the best coach. His diet plans are very easy to follow. He is very regular with his weekly follow ups which is not the case with some other coaches. His personality is very friendly and approachable. He tweaked my diet plan in a way that had sufficient protein and also carbs. And my muscle recovery was excellent because of that. I would surely recommend him. Best wishes Gursimar.
I Completed a 12 week's package with Gursimar. He is a great coach in everything nutrition, exercise. He has solutions of each problem during our journey. He is master in nutritional needs and matching them to taste for his trainees. STARTED WITH 75 KG CURRENT WEIGHT 66 KG I was able to lose 9 kgs. and gain muscle mass my looks totally changed. he has shown great amount of patience and answered all my queries in details. Gursimar is very knowledgeable and very patient coach. He understood my goal and made me understand how it can be achieved. I lost 5kg in 12 weeks as i was already fit so those 5kg were very difficult to loose. He is very patient; prompt in his response and details oriented. Starting weight-70 Current weight-59 Coach-Gursimar Singh Name- Ashmita Bhardwaj I was amazed with the help and response i got from Gursimar, he was the one who responded on my every small queries whenever i required , my major concern was weight loss and i achieved my target weight for which i dreamed. He is amazing coach who’s is very professional in his aspect with several discussions I learnt alot from his suggestions and advice. The diet plan given by him was very awesome I need felt like i am on any kind of diet or doing any dieting, every time i felt like m eating too much and even though I achieved my goal.
