I would like to share my experience with my coach, who has been guiding me in both diet and workout. Their support has made a real difference in my fitness journey. From the beginning, the coach took time to understand my goals, current fitness level, and daily routine. Based on that, they created a personalised workout plan that is both challenging and achievable. The exercises are well-structured, and I have noticed steady improvement in my strength, stamina, and overall fitness. Along with workouts, the diet guidance has been very practical and easy to follow. Within just one month, I was able to lose 3 kg, which really motivated me to stay consistent. What makes the coach stand out is how flexible and understanding they are. They planned my diet according to my food choices, and even when I wanted to make changes from time to time, they never said no. Honestly mujhe kabhi nahi laga tha ki main 103 kg se 90 kg tak aa paungi. September 2025 mein jab maine start kiya tha, when my coach was freelancing before joining FITTR, tab weight 103 kg tha aur kal jab weight check kiya to 90 kg dekh ke sach mein bahut khushi hui. Main pichle 5-6 saal se weight loss karne ki try kar rahi thi. Bohot kuch try kiya, different diets, liquid diets, shakes, overnight hacks, par kuch bhi long term kaam nahi kiya. Is baar sabse alag cheez ye thi ki mujhe bhookha nahi rehna pada. Healthy khana kha ke bhi weight loss ho sakta hai, ye mujhe pehli baar pata laga. Main poora din full feel karti thi aur phir bhi weight kam ho raha tha. Mujhe thyroid hai, Pre-diabetic bhi hoon aur mujhe Vertigo ki problem bhi rehti hai, phir bhi itna achha result mila. Sabse bada change meri energy level, sleep aur mood mein aaya hai. Pehle mujhe bahut mood swings hote the, par ab kaafi better feel karti hoon. Sabse emotional moment mere liye ye tha jab weight 3 digit se 2 digit mein aaya. Maine kabhi imagine bhi nahi kiya tha ki ye din bhi aayega. Aur kal maine 9 years se rakha huya apna suit try Kiya, jo socha nhi tha k kabhi fit hoga, wo bhi aa gya. Mere coach ne hamesha simple aur practical guidance di. Koi extreme diet nahi, koi pressure nahi. Bas slowly healthy habits build karwayi. Sach mein, mere liye mere coach duniya ke best coach hain. Yeh journey abhi bhi continue hai aur ab mujhe confidence hai ki main aur bhi better kar sakti hoon. Dil se thank you for helping me believe that change is actually possible. 🙏
