If I have to give a review in just one sentence, it would be this - Gurkirat helped me fight my hatred for exercise and gain confidence about my physique and for that, I am thankful to him. I've always hated working out and restricting my portions of food intake. As a result, I was dangerously overweight. And I have been a health journalist for many years, so I was aware of the terrible impacts that could have on my health. However, for someone who always despises sweating and causing trouble to the body, exercising is nothing less than torture. And I love love love food! So portion control was out of the question. But, in January 2024 Gurkirat entered my life after much persuasion by my brother whom he trains. Initially, I was sceptical and did not want to spend money because I was sure I would lose interest within a couple of weeks. Also, I was sure I would break the prescribed diet and start eating whatever I wanted. However, as days passed, I observed a decline in my weight. Within two weeks I had started observing improvement in my strength and stamina. After a month I started observing slight improvement in my physique. And I achieved all this while following the diet provided by Gurkirat which includes food items I love, but obviously in limited portions - and I was okay with it as it was giving results! It's been more than two months since I started training with Gurkirat and more than Weight loss, Improved physique, and Enhanced stamina the biggest positive change is this - I am enjoying working out, my portions are under control without sacrificing my love for food, and I sleep peacefully knowing that I'm doing the right things to keep myself healthy. And by the way, I lost 10kg in just 10 weeks! I know this will differ from person to person, but if I would not have started, I wouldn't have known that I could lose weight. I had honestly given up hope.
I recently trained with Kirat, and it was an amazing experience. In just 6 weeks, I've seen remarkable improvements in my strength, endurance, and significant changes in my body. Despite being a food lover who can't compromise on taste, Kirat ensured my diet was both healthy and delicious, keeping me motivated to stick with it. He ensures you never miss a workout session for the week and motivates you to complete each one. I highly recommend Kirat to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.
I've been working with Kirat for the past 6 months and my experience has been great. The workouts that we do have helped gain more strength gradually without injury, and he takes the time to explain the biomechanics of the exercise if I have questions. He also keeps me accountable with my diet, is very responsive and accommodating wrt schedule, and provides constant encouragement. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable coach.
Gurkirat has been a great coach. Been with him for almost 6 months. During this time he has helped me with my personal goals and also helped me through an injury with specific exercises. I will stay with him for my future fitness goals
