Gokila is such a fantastic coach and mentor! She listens to me very patiently and adjusts the diet and training chart accordingly. She is very knowledgeable, organized and knows what she is doing. One can just trust her blindly and rely on her knowledge completely. I have PCOS condition and ever since I started training under her, I am having regular periods and have lost almost 5 kgs so far in the last 6 months. She even gives me suggestions on recipes which was very helpful to me since on most days I go crazy to decide on what to eat within my macros. Being a south Indian, I can't do without rice,dosa and idlis, her diet chart was in such a way that I can incorporate all my favourite food in limit. She was always available when I wanted to speak with her. I even send her voice notes for which she responds promptly. she always check on me for weekly updates and makes sure I follow the diet and training correctly. she encourages me to share my food pictures and exercise videos with her all the time for feedback.
She even helps me to achieve my step counts by giving suggestions on various activities I could do during the day. I am stronger and very confident of my body and looks now. Her instagram updates about her gym workouts gives me motivation to keep me going on this journey. I will continue my fat and weight loss journey with her anytime!! Thank you coach!!
