Girish is a wonderful coach who has guided me throughout this journey . He has designed my nutrition plan as per my food choices that goes well with my daily busy routine. He made multiple changes to my as requested per my preference . Keeping check of my progress weekly and motivating . I have to take break due to travel in coming month . Girish is an excellent coach! Always there to back me up and motivate me in my weight reduction journey. He helped me improve on my eating habits, build an exercise regime inorder to bring out an wholistic fitness experience!!
