Gaurav has been a wonderful coach and a fitness buddy to me.My fitness level is increased after following the diet plan and exercise schedule he suggested. I would like to thank Gaurav for providing a guidance and listening me patiently to help improve my health I am planning to follow this routine. Gaurav has been a great help in my fitness journey. He patiently listens to you, understands your challenges and helps you overcome them. Gaurav helps with a very feasible diet plan which is sustainable. He is very motivating and a good guide. He is approachable and a good mentor.

Training with Gaurav has been an awesome journey with a perfect combination of diet and workouts. Gaurav took the time to understand my needs, goals, current body conditioning, food habits and explained how we are going to improve it. Gaurav’s approach of training works just perfect for me, as he carves out a combination of constantly challenging and varying workouts with a mix of strength, core and cardio to address the current goal that I have along with a balanced diet. Starting from strengthening my upper body to hiking to getting better at cardio workouts. Just tell him what you are aiming for and he is gonna help you to achieve your goals and “Make it happen”. He makes you work hardcore and takes weekly updates so you just cant get away with being lazy hahaha. He is patient but also knows when to push you past your limits. Not only does he come up with amazing circuits, he also knows how to deal with different injuries and sensitivities. A couple of times when I complained of slight knee uneasiness or calf pain, he made me do some stretches that not only alleviated the pain but also helped me to gain strength in those muscles. Another aspect that helped me get better at training was a balanced diet which Gaurav keeps updating as per the goal that I have in mind. After training with Gaurav what ensued was a life changing experience that started with strength training but has eventually influenced many aspects of my life - power of focus, energy, goal setting habits and discipline. I took a 12 week plan thinking after that maybe I'll stop but now i have a 1 Yr plan and I'm sure this partnership is gonna go a long way :) ..

Gaurav has been a fabulous coach and mentor to me. He has been extremely patient and has looked into every aspect of the food and workout. He would take time to explain everything he would plan for me. He is very approachable and is quick to spot any problems we may be having. I was extremely vary if I would complete the program I had joined, but Gaurav just made it simple and easy and before I knew it 12 weeks were done and I now feel fit and healthier. I will be continuing this journey with him further👍👍
