Hi Gargi, I wanted to thank you for something. Ever since I joined this program, I’ve been getting so many compliments from people around me. Everyone says that my skin is glowing and that my face looks slimmer. So, a big thank you to both of you for that. More than the physical changes, I think the biggest thing I’ve gained is awareness about food. I’ve become very conscious about what I eat. As you always suggest, I try to make healthier versions of my favorite foods at home. Today, my mom made Chinese food, and I prepared it with minimal oil and added paneer for extra protein. But later, a lot of extra oil was added, and honestly, I lost the desire to eat it. It’s not because I’m being overly strict or because I think eating Chinese food is wrong. It’s just that now I’m much more aware of what goes into my meals. I know I’ll be coming back and reporting my progress to you, and that sense of accountability has helped me develop better eating habits. Sometimes it becomes difficult in family situations because everyone makes food with love, and I don’t know how to explain why I prefer certain changes. But I genuinely want to thank you for helping me develop this awareness and mindful approach to eating. I feel it will help me maintain a healthy lifestyle for years to come.
